"Well, here we are. Our brand new home!"
Harry looked around. He knew Doncaster would be nothing like Holmes Chapel, but this was just bad. He moved into a dinky apartment with one window, one room, and one bathroom. The kitchen was small, the living room was small, and there wasn't even a dining room! It was just a counter that seperated the kitchen from the living room. Yay...
Harry knew he would be sleeping on the couch. But, hey, whatever. Besides moving, school was starting in two weeks. If he didn't make friends by then, school would be a nightmare.
"Harry! Put your things away!" his mother yelled.
"Where?" he asked. She popped her head from the kitchen and sighed. "I don't know, honey. Just put the boxes somewhere besides here," she said, motioning towards the living room.
Harry picked up his boxes and placed them in his mom's room. Yay Doncaster...

Finally, after two days of exploring the apartments, Harry noticed someone about his age. The boy had blonde wavy hair styled to the side. He was pale and average height.
Harry also noticed he lived infront of him. So, after telling his mother, and being forced/encouraged to, Harry was going to meet the boy.
"Have fun!" his mother called out.
"Sure mum. We'll throw a party," Harry remarked jokingly. He stepped outside the door and, to his surprise, the blonde boy was doing the same.
Harry cleared his throat and the boy turned around. "Oh! Hello! Ya must be the new kid who moved in?" the boy said, in what Harry noticed was a thick Irish accent.
"Yea. Me and me mum moved in two days ago." The boy held out his hand and said, "I'm Niall."
Harry shook it. "Harry."
Niall smiled and turned towards the stairs. "Well, I'm off. Catch ya 'round some other time?"
"Yeah.." Harry watched as Niall jogged down the stairs and made a right towards the parking lot.
Sighing, he decided he wasn't in the mood to be home. It was six o'clock on a friday night. Surely he could find something to do.
He jogged down the same stairs as Niall and darted right, bumping into somebody.
"Aw. Jeez." It was Niall.
"I didn't think I'd run into ya that soon!" Harry blushed and quickly apologized.
"Hey, it's fine. Just be careful when ya make a sharp turn." Harry nodded and they parted ways.
Nice one, Styles. Harry walked out the gates of the complex and began following the sidewalk. He honestly had no idea where to go or what to do. This was his first time even leaving the complex.
Harry pulled out his phone and earbuds and plugged in.
"Been a lot of places
I've been all around the world
Seen a lot of faces
Never knowing where I was."Harry reached a crosswalk. No cars were passing so he took the advantage and began walking across the white, striped lines on the road.
"Living out of cases
Packing up and taking off
Made a lot of changes
But not forgetting who I was."Harry turned left into a park, noting mentally the directions to get here. There were a few lads playing football and an old couple enjoying the scenary of trees and clouds. Harry sat at a bench and watched the boys play.
Harry wanted to join, but he knew he wasn't as good as them. Especially the one with shaggy hair. He was dodging every player and running at the speed of light, moving the ball around as if it was part of his feet.
"Don't forget where you belong,
home
If you ever feel alone, don't
You were never on your own."Harry looked up and noticed one of the boys pointing at him. He removed his headphones to hear the boy yell, "Oi! What do you want?"
They must have seen me staring! Harry began to blush. Crap. He stood up and began walking quickly towards the exit of the park.
He could hear the boys laughing behind him. "Oi! Where you going? I thought you were enjoying the view!"
Harry began walking faster, passing the old couple in an instant. Just as he was about to exit, a boy with black hair stopped him. Harry jumped from the sudden appearance.
"Sorry about them. They can be rather rude time to time." Harry nodded, wishing the boy would let him pass.
"You play?" he asked, motioning towards the group of lads. Harry shook his head.
"I suppose you don't speak either?" the boy asked, chuckling.
"Sorry," Harry said, trying to hide the embarrassment.
"It's fine. Well, if you ever change your mind, we're here almost every friday. Join us when you like. I promise I'll stop those lads from messing with you." And with that, he jogged back to the field. Harry plugged in his buds and practically ran back home.

"There you are!" his mother exclaimed.
"Sorry mum. I went down to the park."
His mom gasped. "My, my! Did you and that boy become friends that quickly?"
Harry chukled. "No mum."
He walked to his mom's room, grabbed pjs and a towel, took a shower, ate, and went straight to bed, after asking his mom to watch tv in her room so he could sleep.

I'll do my part to update every Sunday. Enjoy!
