Chapter 4

(A/N): Oh my god....I'm so sorry!! I just haven't had much inspiration. But I looked back at my last chapter and read the last line and BAM! Inspiration..hope you enjoy this chapter

Toby's POV:

   Jeff took me to Slender's office and I sat on one of the chairs placed in front of his desk. "What the hell was that?" Jeff asked as he sat in the other chair beside me. "It's a l-long story. I'll explain everything w-when Slender gets here so I w-won't have to explain it t-twice." I stated, balling my fist in anger and twitching violently from all the hate towards Clockwork.

   We waited a while until Slender finally walked in and sat at his desk, placing his chin in his hands and facing me contently. "Explain." He simply said. "(Y/n) as I were p-playing a video game and t-then she left because she said you n-needed her for something." I said. "Yes I did. I told her to go get some things from the store and had BEN go with her." He said. I nodded and continued. "While I was w-waiting for her to come b-back I was watching a s-show on TV, then C-Clockwork came in and jumped on m-me. I pushed her off and t-tried to walk away but t-then she pulled me back d-down and kissed me." I hung my head in shame although I wasn't the one to do anything. "I tried to p-push her off but she had a g-good grip. And of course....(y/n) w-walked in and.....broke up w-with me." I was angry then but now I was sad and I felt tears start to brim my eyes.

   "I didn't do a-anything but...I feel responsible for the e-entire thing." I said as I looked up at Slender, tears once again fell from my eyes but were being held by my goggles. Usually (y/n) would take them off and wipe them away but....that's all gone. "Slender...I want her back." I said with no stutter. I heard Slender sigh and nodded his head. "What did you do with Clockwork?" Jeff asked, tilting his head in confusion. Slender looked down at a sheet of paper on his desk and scribbled something down then showed it to Jeff and me. "Here's the new room schedule." He said. I looked it over and saw that (y/n) was still roomed with me but Clockwork was now roomed with Sally. "I talked with Clockwork and asked her a few questions. I don't know why she's so hung up on you Toby, she won't say anything." Slender said nonchalantly. I nodded my head and slid the paper back over to Slender. "Okay. T-that will do." I said as I stood up. "D-do you know w-where (y/n) is? I need to c-clear things up." I said, hope in my voice. Slender shook his head no and I decided to look around for her. "Okay. I'll t-tell you guys if e-everything goes al-alright." I said as I walked out.

Your POV:

   I woke up and slowly opened my eyes so they could get used to the light. I felt the pillow I was hugging was slightly wet and remembered what happened. I wiped my face, getting rid of the dry tears and sat up. I stood up warily and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes as I made my way to the door and opened it, peeking out checking if anyone was around. I didn't want anyone to see me like this. I snuck down the stairs and stopped right at the last step and peeked over the corner.

   I saw Toby sitting at the table pondering. What is he doing? I asked myself as I turned back around to leave. I didn't even take one step before I hit someone's chest. I looked up and saw the one and only permanent smile that belonged to Jeff. "He wants to talk to you, you know." He said looking down at me. I sighed sadly and hung my head with my eyes closed. "Really?" I asked. I looked up and he nodded his head. "Just go talk to him please." Jeff asked as he leaned on the wall. I turned around hesitantly and walked slowly behind Toby. He had his head on the table with his hands on his head. "T-Toby?" I asked hesitantly. His head shot up and he looked behind himself to see me.

   His goggles weren't on him and there were tears streaming down his cheeks. I felt terrible and wanted to comfort him so bad. "(Y-y/n)?" He asked hopefully. "Jeff said you wanted to talk to me." I said quietly and looked away. "(Y-y/n). I-I'm sorry. I really am and I-it wasn't  me. C-clockwork was the one to k-kiss me. I tried to get a-away but she wouldn't let go. I didn't e-even like it. All I could t-think of w-was...you. I felt guilty e-even though I knew I w-wasn't the one to make a m-move. I can't tell you how s-sorry I am and how m-much I miss you. Even if it h-hasn't been a day. P-please get back together with m-me." He had more tears coming from his eyes and I started to cry to. I hugged him tightly and he hugged back just as tight.

   I cried quietly but my tears slowly stopped. I looked up at Toby and wiped his tears away. "I missed you so much Toby." I said, smiling slightly. Toby pulled his mouth guard down and smashed his lips into mine. When we parted we smiled at each other lovingly. "I m-missed you too." Toby said as he gave a closed eye smiled. I hugged him again and we walked into the living room.

   "Slender f-fixed the rooming schedule to w-where we won't have to share a room with C-Clockwork anymore." Toby said happily. "Is her stuff out of the room already?" I asked excitedly. "Let's g-go check." He grabbed my hand and lead me to the bedroom.

   When we got there we were greeted with a big shock.

   And it was written in blood.
