I took a quick shower making sure Odell's scent wasn't on me. I sighed and stepped out of the shower grabbing my towel.

"Khia."

"Yeah?"

I turned around to face Keenon and he looked I don't know I was bad at reading people.

"What's wrong?"

"Either im stupid or you trying to play me like a fool."

"Uh... what do you mean?"

"You know Penny make a mess when she eating and you jumped in the shower so you wouldn't have to clean up her mess."

"I- you know what. Yeah that's right. You did it last time, and it's my turn."

He laughed and walked out of the room and I grabbed my chest cause I was holding my breath all those seconds. Sleeping with Odell was a bad idea, it was risky. Well not really, were all in the same building. Im on the 8th floor he's on the 10th, but once in awhile you get tired of the same old love.

I reunited with my family in the living room; Penny was on the floor playing and Keenon was laid out of the couch watching some movie.

"Do you have anywhere to go today?"

"Nope. Not today."

I nodded sitting down. My phone buzzed and I jumped to grab it but Keenon grabbed it before I did.

"Oh..... it's Layla."

I grabbed the phone answering the call leaving the room.

Layla

"Khia. I love you, but I don't think your making a good decision. Now 2 or 3 years ago this was fine. But your married and did I mention with a kid?"

"Layla, I know it sounds bad-"

"Sounds and looks."

"Yeah, yeah. I know, of course I've tried to stop but he lures me in. He says these things without hesitation and it sounds good."

"It sounds good?! But it's not. Okay? Your hurting yourself and Keenon."

I stocked shirts on shelves while I tried to talk some sense into Khia before she got herself in trouble.

"It was only two times, this making the third."

"What're are you going to do when Keenon wants some huh? Your gonna tell him no?"

"No im not gonna tell him no.... ima give it to him."

I sighed. "You do realize that he only wants you for one thing?"

"Yeah... hey I'll talk to you later I got to go."

And with that she hung up.
