Dear Travis,

Hey. How are you? Right now you are 16, in a messy room. And you have the common “Ginger burn”.  I am not quite sure why I am writing this. Maybe out of pure boredom, or maybe I just want to teach you to learn from your mistakes, your ups and down.

Let us recap 10th grade year. Well first you started off your year, Not completely sure where you fit in. Were you with the friends who accepted you because of who you were? And you know what group I am talking about. Or is it your football family, the ones who were there with you through the summer, the ones during practice. You just weren’t really entirely sure. So you just kept to yourself. Sure you would joke every once in a while in class. And you would hang with the one group of friends. But let’s be honest with both of our selves. You were alone. You walked to class by yourself. But oddly a few people noticed you.  Like this one girl, Named Katy, she would say Hi, and you weren’t sure why she would say hi because she barely knew you. But as the kind person you are, you always said hi and how are you doing. But more will come about her later.

Oh don’t forget 1st period at the beginning of the year. You sat by this girl named Rachel B; note she was the twin sister of Katy. But yea, you stuck out like a sore thumb in that class. You had a beard. And the whole class was freshman. You just didn’t know what to expect. So I guess you thought, well instead of scaring them, you could be friendly. And by friendly I mean be the class clown, Meaning acting stupid, especially with this one freshman, Nathan S. He was just a bundle of joy, not exactly to mr. H, but to the whole class and you he was the best, you and him would do things like take the panther Hampton had, and place it in the chair like he was a student. Then sit in Hampton’s seat. You eventually called him Nate-Dawg, he called you T-dawg,But enough about Nate-dawg. Let me talk about that one girl. Rachel.

Well let’s see, you said hi to her one day. She was like deathly afraid. She didn’t know whether to say hi. Or look away. Well she always said hi back. Or how are you doing. At the beginning of the year you would call her band wagon because of her fixation on the patriots, If you still talk to her now. Keep calling her it. But any way, midway through the first quarter, things got interesting. She began to like you. Yes you liked her also. But she wouldn’t date you because of one thing, Best friends. Yes she didn’t want to make her best friend feel bad because she also liked you. So as a gentleman would you moved on.  And you started dating a girl named Carrie , Hell if that is how you spell it. But we will go into that later. And she dated started dating this guy named Drew. HA. I don’t think you will ever forget him.

By this time, in Mr. Burkhart’s class, he moved you to the back. You sat next to a guy named Dylan, and behind Marie. Ah…. Marie. I remember what she first told me what she thought of us. She thought we were weird, and a senior.  But who would think this girl who was scared of you would become your best friend. But how the friend ship became was weird. Sure you talked to her during class, But that’s not how it happened. Well remember how you were sort of a loner ? Well one day in the lunch room you saw Marie, and you sat by her and started talking, and her friends introduced them selfs. Hannah, Shannon, Maegan, Bryan, and Carrie. Well remember how I said you dated her? Yeah you did, and I have no Idea why you did. Like maybe you did it because you were lonely, but maybe it was because she was chill to talk to. But yeah she was funny and all. And when you dated, there was this weird thing in the way, you couldn’t really date her. Yeah she had those types of parents. But any ways, I will make this part simple. She wasn’t used to kissing. So the less and less you guys kissed, yeah. You hated it. And you just couldn’t wait to get out of the relationship. And when she finally told you that she didn’t like lying to her parents, you felt relieved and sad… let’s just said you were more relieved. And note, the girl who wasn’t used to kissing started dating this guy named Cody later, Yeah; they suck face like it is no one’s business.
