Harry didn't know whether to yell for Louis's name, in risk of waking up his other band mates as it was 7 am and they were all exhausted from their show.  But just trying to get himself up could also put him in risk.

Harry had a bad sense of balance to begin with, but now with a giant orb sticking out of his abdomen gravity was never on his side. Not to mention he just felt too exhausted to even try to sit up. Four babies take an enormous toll on your body. Harry was suffering from the worst back pain he had ever experienced, his thighs ached, his asthma was getting worse with the added weight, and every day to put shoes on was a struggle. But he loved it, he loved carrying him and Louis's babies. He knew when he was holding all of them it would all be worth it.

Harry gave in and softly called for Louis.

"Lou..?"

Thankfully Louis had the closest bed to him and Harry felt relief as he heard him shuffling. Louis walked in there as quickly as he could. He was on edge lately and hardly slept. Harry was at high risk for pregnancy. He was carrying multiples and he was a man. Any little error could cause a miscarriage or even the death of Harry. Louis did his best to tend to him, he even tried to cancel the tour, but Harry would never let him.

Louis walked over to Harry who looked like an exhausted whale laying on its side, but he would never tell him that to his face.

"You up, love?" He smiled while brushing a curl out of his eye.

Harry caught his hand and placed a kiss on it, "I'm sorry if I woke you, I just..."

"Just what? I don't mind, you know I don't mind."

"I need to move around, my body is really sore." Harry's cheeks turned a light shade of pink. He hated being babied and taken care of, but at his size and condition, he didn't have much of a choice.

Louis nodded and rubbed his chin wondering how he could help his husband move around in this tiny RV. "I'm going to talk to the driver and see if we can stop somewhere so you can get some fresh air. Would you like that?"

Harry's curls bounced up and down as he nodded. "Can you sit me up first, please?"

"Of course." Louis kneeled on the other side of Harry and began the process of heaving him up. He had to lightly pull him up by the shoulders and then help him hang his legs off the bed. Harry was grimacing by the end of it and breathing heavy. Louis placed a hand on Harry's distended belly as he felt the babies accommodate their new position. He loved feeling his babies move, but Harry had no room in there causing him a lot of pain.

"I'm sorry, love," Louis whispered. He felt helpless a lot of the time all he could do was rub Harry's sore spots and talk to him, but Harry was getting to the point where sometimes that wasn't enough.

Harry didn't respond he just focused on his breathing while Louis ran to the driver.

Harry rubbed his belly in hopes to get them to stop moving. When all four of them moved it was pure discomfort for him. He let out a soft moan as the one of his right side kicked his ribs. He knew that one was a boy. The ultrasound revealed three boys and one girl. So far Louis and Harry had only agreed on the girl name. Her name was Darra.

When Louis came back he frowned as Harry was pale and rubbing at his stomach. Louis bent down and slipped uggs on Harry and then placed his coat around his shoulders. The bus came to a slow stop.

"Baby," Louis said and waited until he knew he had Harry's attention, "we're gonna stop right here. It's just a field and should be a nice place, OK?"

Harry nodded, "Thank you."

"Let's get you up and moving."
