Every family in Panem gathered around there television waiting for the theme of the quarter quell to be announced. President Snow the 7th walked out on stage wearing a long white coat and dark grey pants.
After President Snow gave a speech a young boy came out holding a box with all the quarter quell themes. He pulled out a slip that said 500 and began to read it...
"This quell we will have an ultimate games. The victor will have to kill every tribute to win. This is how it works... If Bob gets killed by Sam and George kills Sam then Bob and anyone else who was killed by Sam comes back to life"
" There will be one tribute boy or girl picked from each district! Let the Hunger Games begin!"
