'A member of our pack has just been killed by hunters' my alpha/mate mind"linked everyone in the pack. I could hear a lot of annoying gasps and murmurs so I shut them out. 'babe are you okay?' Sean asked quitely with a genuine worry in his voice. 'Yea i am thanks for checking though' i quickly replied knowing he doesn't like it when I ignore him. ‘PACK MEETING IN 10' I heard Sean boom through the mind link.
"Babe are you okay?" Sean asked when we just arrived for our pack meeting. "Can I talk to you later about it?" I asked him not wanting to talk from my splitting headache. "Anything for my princess." Sean sweetly said. I looked down at my feet pretending that there was something interesting hoping he didn't see my annoying blush. After we waited for all of the pack members to meet up in our 'Meeting Room' Sean started to speak.
"As all of us know, lately we have been having some issues with the hunters lately. Vincent Rose has passed from a silver bullet shot in his heart. Due to the number of hunters, we will have to work with the Blood Moon pack in case there is a full blown attack that we can't handle by ourselves. With no further adue, the Blood Moon pack will live with us, at our pack house for the months to come. Thank you all for coming on such short notice." Sean spoke loudly. My wolf purred in delight because of all the authority in our mate's voice.
"Everyone is dismissed." Sean said. Hunters.... wait... THE BLOOD MOON PACK IS GOING TO LIVE WITH US?... Damn Sean was right when he said that i catch up on things slowly... I slowly made my way up to my room in our gigantic pack house that i shared with Sean. Sean was perfect. Midnight black hair and Electric blue eyes that made all the she-wolves swoon. Tall, at 6'3 with a hot 6 pack that all the male wolves would kill for. Damn I was lucky. Me? Ashley Lynn. Choppy brown hair and dull green eyes.
"Ashley?" Sean said quietly as he entered our room. "Yes?" I responded. "Was there something you wanted to talk about?" Oh yeah... I don't think I'll telling him about that yet. "No, it was nothing." I quickly responded. I didn't get a response from him after that. I climed onto our king size bed and fell asleep from all the running I had done today to clear my head about something. Something important.....
