Face to face with death

Yohio p.o.v

"Emily!!" I yelled out her name as I watch her body fall to the floor. Running to her aid jenziih was already at her side, removing the black cloth from his face and applied presure on her bleeding neck.

"Her throat has been cut she needs medical care and fast"

gunshots from outside along with the sounds of a helicopter flying away were heared.

"Let's go" I grabbed Emily only to hear scream. Her eyes were barley opened but I was able to sense the pain she was in.

"Yohio" Her voice appeared faint as it escaped her lips.

"Shhh.. don't speak "

Hours passed, jenziih was coming back and forth in and out of the hospital . Doctors were unable to tell Emily condition, much less speak to us. Who did this was going to pay with their life. When I get my hands on him I'll -

"Yohio" jenziih's voice interrupted my hateful thoughts, looking toward him, he handed me a cup of coffee.

"Thank you" taking a sip I remembered Emily's mother. "Jenziih, did you fine her mother?

He signed with a frown. "Yes, she's dead" oh god. "Do you think Emily knows?"

"I'm sure, she knows " he's phone rang cutting our conversation short, excusing himself he stepped outside.

"Yohio?" I turned to see the doctor, mentally signing in relief.

"Yes, doctor ?"

He gave me a hopefully smile before speaking.

"Emily is now out of harms way we are going to keep her for a few nights, too make sure things don't turn for the worse; I'll resort you to her room"

I followed the doctor with a smile on my face to finally hear some good news. I frowned at her bedside, seeing how pale she had became, she had a bruised face cheek and busted lip. I took a seat and head to her bandaged hand.

A tear ran down my face as I whispered softly " I love you emiy"
