Chapter 1

A/N: hellur ppl please enjoy this chapter of my new story about the kdrama (the lover) it has a few scenes from the show, but 4 the most part I changed it up. Also I did a very quick scan so it may not be edited well. If so please tell me in the comments.

      Who knew that things would end up this way? Who knew that I'd be in a 1 bedroom apartment with someone I met seconds ago? See here's the thing, my name is Lee Joon Jae and I'm in my 2nd year of high school. I used to live with my parents until they told me "you cant live off of us anymore Joon Jae, what happens if we die?" I could have simply retorted "Won't I inherit that money? Considering I am the only child." So now I'm stuck in this apartment in debt of 3 months rent which leads up to the stranger. I can't pay all my rent by myself so I've decided to get a roommate, Takuya.

Chapter 1 :

"It'll just be a second, he's probably just now waking up" the owner of the apartments banged on the door once more before a tall guy probably a year older or so than me appeared wearing a worn out T-shirt and pair of sweat pants. Although he most likely just woke up, his face was very clear he had no pimples or dark spots. "Yah, Joon Jae are you going to greet your new roommate?" the owner spoke breaking the silence. "Oh, right. I'm Lee Joon Jae." I put the brightest smile on my face thinking, (well isn't that obvious) . "I'm Takuya" Instinctively I extended my right hand for him to grab. He shook it lightly as I noticed how soft his hand was. He looked at me as if he knew I noticed something and let go brushing his hand off on his pants.

"Well I'll be going, get settled in quickly I may schedule a surprise meeting later" . How stupid is this owner guy?

I rolled my suitcase into the house leaving it in the living room. The house was a mess, there was tissues everywhere. I picked up one and examined it. "Joon Jae-ssi, what's all the tissue for?" I held up the tissue in my hand. He was scrambling around cleaning and looked up at me snatching the tissue from me. "Don't touch those" he threw away every last tissue on the ground before he plopped next to me on the couch.

"I like it here, here's the 3 months payment you're in debt for, you seem like you need it being a high school student and all you might not have enough time to get to work and stuff." I rambled on handing him the envelope. My eyes wondered throughout the small house, although it was small, seeing how it is a 1 bedroom apartment, I still liked it because I'm tired of living in that big mansion with my parents. I'm tired of being babied my them so I've decided to move to "the shabby outskirts" of Seoul. "Takuya, are you listening?" Joon Jae rescued me from the horrible thoughts of going back to live with my "too much" parents. "Oh, sorry I was thinking, what did you say?" I asked politely. "I said that there's only one bed here-" I cut him off "I saw, it looks pretty big we can share right!" I clapped my hands together smiling brightly. "Oh Joon Jae you don't know how happy I am living here." I was finally away from my parents what can I say?

He smiled slightly back, "Um, Takuya, are you going to start going to school here too?" he asked. I nod quickly "My parents already enrolled me" He nodded. "How old are you, Takuya?" I simply smiled. " Seventeen and counting! How about you, Joon Jae-ssi" he scratched the back of his neck "I just turned eighteen" I tilt my head like a confused puppy. "So that means I get to call you Hyung!" There was no hiding how happy I was, I never got to call anyone hyung before. "Oh, that's right" he smiles at me. I yawn, "we should get to sleep we have school in the morning" I tell him just before getting up and scooting to the room.

{Joon Jae P.O.V}

I Lied down in the bed I was sharing with this stranger unwillingly. He seemed to already be sleeping so pulled the covers over my body before closing my eyes. Not so soon after, I felt a light warm arm on my chest. Slowly opening my eyes I recognize Takuya's arm. He was sleeping soundly and I didn't want to wake him so I just left his arm there and went back to sleep.
