Eh?! Tenma's a toddler now?!

Chapter 2

Haruna's POV

I was in the clubroom,when Tsurugi walked in. I said " You're here early,". He then replied, " I need to ask for a favour,". " Yes?" I asked. " I don't exactly know what happened, but Tenma somehow turned into a toddler yesterday and I was wondering if you could look after him whilst I am in class," he replied. " Sure,", and that is how I got roped into looking after a young Tenma.

The next day

Tsurugi's POV

I woke up early, got ready for school and wrote a note telling my parents I was going to visit Nii-San just before heading to school. I then walked to the hospital and quietly walked through and opened the door to Nii-san's room then I softly closed it. I sat in the chair next to the bed and waited quietly until Nii-san woke up.

A few minutes later

Yuuichi's POV

I woke up and saw Tsurugi and wondered why he was here so early. Then I remembered the sleeping toddler laying down next to me. I whispered " Good morning, Kyousuke". He replied " Good morning Nii-san,". We spent the next one and a half hours talking softly as to not wake up the sleeping toddler because he tends to sleep until 9:00 and it's way too early for him to wake up. At 8:00 I gently shook the sleeping Tenma and he woke up and looked at me tiredly. I said " Kyousuke is taking you to school,".
I took the young boys silence as a okay and I lifts him up,and gently placed him in Kyousuke's arms and he said " Alright, I should probably get going, bye Nii-san,". " Bye Kyousuke," I replied.

Tenma's POV

When Yuuichi-san woke me up I was less than pleased, but when he explained why he was waking me up I knew there was nothing I could do about it. I willingly let him pick me up and pass me to Tsurugi. Tsurugi then said bye to Yuuichi-san and then we left. On the way there I fell asleep in the ex-SEED's arms.

A few minutes later

Aoi's POV

I saw Tsurugi and It looked like he was carrying someone. I quickly caught up to him and saw a sleeping toddler who looked like Tenma. He then said " Before you ask, yes it is Tenma, ".

Tenma's POV

I felt movement so I slowly opened one eye and I saw Aoi's face so I just snuggled closer to her chest and fell asleep again.

Aoi's POV

Soon we were at the school and Tsurugi walked toward the clubroom and motioned to me to follow. When we got there we saw Haruna and she quickly rushed over. " So this is Tenma now, he's adorable," she said. The bell that says that school is starting went and Tsurugi gently placed the sleeping toddler in my arms and left. Aoi soon followed. I gently placed the sleeping toddler on the couch and left to my office in the clubroom.

Tenma's POV

I woke up and looked up at the clock, I was not sure if I could read it, so I grabbed a few chairs and grabbed the cushions of the couch and put it around the stack of chairs for if I fell. I climbed on and I got to the too. The pile of chairs swayed a bit but I quickly held it in place. I looked at the clock that said 9:02. The pile of chairs just swayed again and I couldn't hold it in place and I fell off and gasped in pain when my back hit the corner of the couch then as I went down my head hit the corner of the table and one chair fell on my leg before the rest fell in the opposite direction. Haruna-san must've heard the crash because she ran out. When she saw me she panicked and ran over to me and lifted the chair off my leg. She then helped me up and asked me to walk a bit. I took one step and my leg that the chair was on collapsed out from under me.

Haruna's POV

I couldn't believe it, I walk away for half an hour and Tenma has already done something stupid in that half an hour. I ring Fuyuka to tell her I'm coming to the hospital then I drive there.

Fuyuka's POV

I was checking up on Yuuichi before my phone rang. I picked it up and talked to Haruna and listened as she explained what had happened I explained that that is why you never leave a child alone and she got the hint, she said bye and I hang up. Yuuichi asked " Who was it?". " Haruna," I replied. I explained what had happened and after that he faceplamed probably at both Tenma's and Haruna's stupidness.

Haruna's POV

I pulled up at the hospital and waited for Fuyuka and when she slowly took the toddler, who we thought was sleeping, and examined his leg. Her arm was underneath his bottom and her hand supporting his head. She then said " His leg may be broken,". I sighed in relief, but then we realised we could smell the metallic smell of blood. There was no other patients in The room who could possibly be bleeding so Fuyuka quickly checked everywhere else before checking his head. She moved her hand and winced. " He's going to need stitches too,". Just to be sure she examined everywhere else on his body and when she looked at his back she noticed the blood seeping through his shirt. She sighed and took him to the doctor and showed him the toddler.

Fuyuka's POV

The doctor then took the toddler into the place where we operate on people's wounds and I said " We won't be too long," before following the doctor into the room. I watched as he stitched up the toddler's head, the moved on to wrapping up the toddler's head and back and then he examined the toddler's leg before saying " It's broken,". He then wrapped up the leg and tried to wake the toddler up. He didn't respond so the doctor tried again and he still didn't respond. The doctor then said " He's unconscious,". I went out and explained to Haruna that we have to keep the toddler in. Haruna then left after saying bye. We then carried the toddler to the room next door to Yuuichi's so that Yuuichi and I could easily look after the toddler.

3 days later.

Yuuichi's POV

Fuyuka wheeled me into Tenma's room and we discovered that he still hasn't woken up. Fuyuka called a doctor and he came to the conclusion that the toddler hit his head so hard he managed to make himself comatose. The doctor quickly connected Tenma to an oxygen mask to keep him alive.
