Chapter Two

"Hey Nicole you have to wake up. I'm hungry and I don't want to bake." Sky said.  Oh yeah that's right, she didn't feel like driving home so she stayed over, I thought to myself. "Sky just eat the left over pizza." I mumbled barely awake. 

"About that...... someone magically ate it when you were asleep..."

 "You fat ass! Fine I’ll make us some pancakes, okay?"

"Yes!" She exclaimed skipping away. Haha why am I even friends with her! Anyway pancakes... shit we don't have any flour!

"SKY!!!!! WE DON'T HAVE ANY FLOUR!!!" I yelled down to her.

"SON OF A BITCH! BUT I WANT FUCKING PANCAKES!!!" She yelled back. Hmm... we can always go to Ihop...  I walked over to sky and told her my plan, and of course she thought it was a brilliant idea and so we left for Ihop. "So what are you going to get?" Sky asked while looking over the menu.

"Um I think I'm going to get the happy face and a side of bacon." After I said that Sky was giving me the look that said seriously you're not 5 anymore. "Well I'm going to order off of the adult menu and get the short stack and also a side of bacon." She said while rolling her eyes. Oh now I have to make a sarcastic comment.

"Yeah you keep rolling your eyes back maybe you'll find a brain somewhere back there." I said feeling proud of such a sarcastic comment. "You lil shit!" She said shocked.

"Haha I know." I say back.

After that the waiter came over and took our order. "Hey Nicole isn't that Brandon?" Sky asks me. I looked over to where he was staring. What's he doing here? Oh wait, wow I’m stupid, this is a public restaurant why wouldn't he be here. I thought to myself giving myself a mental face-palm.

"Nicole, Sky?" Brandon said "Oh hey Brandon, what's up?" I reply.

"Nothing much just getting some breakfast and waiting for a friend."

"Oh cool, hey why don't you sit with us!?" Sky said giving me the pervy look. God, I hate it when she does that. It's not like he likes me! I do have to admit he is kinda cute. Nice swoopy hair, bright emerald eyes, and that adorable smile! Sky kicked me under the table taking me out of my thoughts. 

"Brandon excuse us for a moment we have to use the ladies room." Sky said making me confused. "But Sky I don't have to use the ladies room."

"Oh yes you do." She said while dragging me away leaving a very confused Brandon behind. When we got in to the bathroom she exploded. "OH MY GOD NICOLE YOU WERE SO CHECKING HIM OUT! YOU TWO ARE SO GOING TO GO OUT THEN GET MARRIED AND I'LL BE THE MAID OF HONOR ABD THEN YOU'LL GET PREGNANT AND DIE!!!!" Sky gushed.

"Wow hold on what gave you that idea that I was checking him out?"

"Um you stared at him for a whole minute without talking and dude you made him blush!"

"What I did not!"

"Haha whatever but promise I will be the maid of honor!"

"Ugh if I say yes will you shut up?"

"YAY"

"Hey we should get back our food should be there any minute." As Sky and I walked back to our table, I saw and awful sight. Raven was sitting with Brandon at our table. What the hell is he doing here?!?!?!?!?! No no no no no!!!!!  "Oh there they are!" Brandon said then waved to us innocently.
