Just another Bensaro story

Chapter 2

—Nicks POV—
I was still pasting back and fourth and then I realized that Liv has came out of her room.
"Hey nick do you want to talk over dinner" Liv asked.
"Sure what do you want to get"?
"How about we order in Chinese food" Liv suggested.
"That sounds great I will order for you so what do you want"?
"Ummm I will have chicken chow mien"
   So I went and order the food and they waited for about 30minutes for it to get there. It was pretty much all silence waiting. Then the doorbell range and Liv got up and paid and got their food out. Liv can back to the couch with their food.
"Here is you go Nick"
"Thank you Liv" I smiled as he took his food from Olivia.
"Hey about earlier I am sorry about the way I acted and freaked out I guess I was just upset that Brian left me"
"It ok Liv I was upset when Maria and I split so I totally understand" I said as  hugged her.
She looked up and smiled "when you said you loved me did you really mean it"
"Of course Liv I meant every word that I said earlier"
"Then you didn't apologize because you didn't mean it"
"No I apologized because I didn't mean to spring that on you right then because you and Brian split up and I Lewis and that might have been to much stress on you. And I wouldn't want to do that to you"

All I could do was smile this man really cares about me! This hasn't happened in a long time. All I could think was this man actually LOVES ME!I think that I love him to. I have wanted him since he became my partner but he was married and now he is free.
"Hey Liv are you ok" Nick asked
"Uh ya sorry I must have been out of it" I said as he snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Oh ok"
I rested my head on he shoulder and he started rubbing small circles around my back.
I think think that I fell asleep so Nick decided to lay down and I shifts with him. And then he fell asleep.

She was just getting home from work and She walked into my house She herd a shuffle from the other room so She went to go see what it was. It was William Lewis and he held a gun to her head "welcome home detective benson" and then he hit her over the head with the gun and the next thing was She was had dictate on my mouth and she was handcuffed to a chair. When she woke up she was tipped over in a chair. Her shirt was cut and her pants ripped. Her head was pounding and she was trying to scream but nothing would come out.

"Hey Liv wake up"! Nick started to worry because she was screaming and he didn't want her to remember it anymore then she already is. He started hitting him
"GET AWAY FROM ME"!! I started screaming I haven't woken up from my dream. The arms wrapped around me now wouldn't let go.

So you are finally awake Olivia" he snickered. He picked the chair up with her in it. He took the tape off of her mouth and she spit at him. "So you want more vodka don't you" he said as he went over to the counter where he had a new bottle of vodka it reminded her of her childhood and how her mother would always drink. He went over to her and tilted her head back and forced her to take the vodka down.

I shot up my breathing heavier than normal. Nick was holding me tightly and I rested my head on his shoulder and broke down
—nicks POV—
Liv woke up screaming and hitting me in the middle of the night. I need to know what happened I don't want to ask her now she is to fragile but I will need to ask her soon.
"Hey Liv are you ok"
"Ya I am fine, it was just a flashback"
"Ok well how about you get some sleep and if you need anything I am right here I will be holding you all night" I smiled to make sure she is safe
"Thanks Nick" she yawned and fell asleep in my arms.

I am so sorry that I haven't been able to update Christmas was a big thing at our house and I had a report to do for school and I fell really  bad for not updating! I will hope to update soon
