I winced and groaned as the ball hit my stomach.I glared at the culprit,Joshua.Why am I not surprised?So much for being gentleman.Joshua stick his tongue out while waving goodbye.My brother who is on my team shot me a sad face.I shooked my head before walking towards the 'Loser' area.

I watched as Joshua's team play against Jace's.Something they didn't have to ask but know,Jace was actually good at playing dodgeball.It's a game he's been blessed with.He can dodge any balls coming towards him in a swift motion.He reminds me of a squid sometimes.But unlike me,I suck at games and sports.I swear whenever I play sports consist of balls,I die.The balls would automatically came flying towards me out not nowhere!It's unbelievable.

Now,this is the most exciting moment.Jace against Joshua.Player against player.I clapped my hands in excitement,ignoring the stares given by Vanessa and her gang.Jace had this smirky face while Joshua has no other than that stupid smirky face of his too.

And the game began.

It's unbelievable how fast these two boys could dodge and throw the freaking balls.Do they have some sort of magical powers?Oh my god!Are they secretly vampires?No freaking potat-

"Watch out!"

"Huh?"I answered.Then,everything went black as I feel myself colapsed.

I felt my body getting crushed and my face stung from being slapped numerous times.

"Evans,I think she's dead"a voice that clearly belongs to Joshua.I mentally rolled my eyes at his dramatic side.I heard a silent cry before my body was bring crushed again."No!My baby!"

Joshua is not the only I want to slap but Evans as well.Did they really thought I was dead?I guess Joshua isn't the only idiot one."No dumbtards,she's obviously breathing."Jace snapped.I can imagine him glaring at the stupidity of them idiots."Oh,you never know Jace.She can be breathing while dying and her soul is torn apart."Joshua being the smarty asshole he is snapped back.I heard Evans mumbled a small 'yeah'.

"Oh?So what you're saying is that dead people still have heartbeats?Wow.We have a Albert son here.And you too seriously,Evans?You're on his side?"Jace shooked his head dissaprovingly."Wha-No- I-"

Ugh.That's it.I opened one of my eye lids to peek."This is not a debate,guys.And I am not dead,jerkballs."I sighed.Evans immediately grabs my head and again,slammed against his chest.Honestly,I'm surprised my skull hasn't break from his attack.From the side,Jace slightly winced and gave me a knowing look.

Evans pulled away after giving a speech fit for a president of me not being cautious enough!"Hey!It's not my fault that the ball came flying towards me!You both should have controlled it yet you didn't!You both know that balls likes me.Now,do you not?"I pointed at Joshua and Jace. Jace gave me an apologetic look while Jeshua just shrugged."Egotistical asshole"I mumbled as I walked away from them.

"What did you say,babe?"Joshua smirked."I sai-Wait.What?Babe?Don't me call that."I scowled as I rest my hands against my waist.Joshua's smirk got even bigger if that's even possible.Oh...how I wish I could slap the smirk off his face.Joshua must have seen my red face because he puts up his hands in surrender."Come on, babe.I know you like it."he chuckled.

I rolled my eyes at him."Whatever you say,big boy."He stared at me before grinning,"I'm not the only thing that's big ,girl."

"What?"I frowned as his grin got wider."Wha-Oh."Realization hit me like there's no tomorrow.I'm sure my face turns 50 shades of red.I frowned even more.How did I came up with that reference?God!"You okay,girl?"he said with the smirk of his.I glared at him and walked away.

I was heading towards cafeteria.Evans managed to catch up with my speed."Dang,girl.You left me."he gave me his sad face.I didn't say anything and just walked towards an empty spot.I sat down and took a book out from my back pack.From the corner of my eyes,I saw Evans staring at me."What?"I snapped.

"Are you mad?"he asked as he scratch his head."No."I sighed."I can never be mad at you even if I try.I was just kind of annoyed by Joshua's behavior."He just nod and said nothing.

"So.."I trailed.He raised his eyebrows,indicating for me to continue."Do...you like like my brother?"I chuckled awkwardly."Like like?"he frowned."Ehem.I mean,crush on Jace?"

I swear his face turns beet red."No,Rose.Not him."he looked down.I raised my right eyebrow at him while giving him the 'you sure' look."I'm in love with another one.In his squad as well."he sighed.

"Joshua?"I gasped.He scrunched his face in disgust before quickly adding,"Ugh no!He's hot but no!"I wasn't hearing him clearly because I was laughing at him expression.Thank goodness,Evans isn't drooling after Joshua."Hallelujah!"I mumbled dramatically.We sat in a comfortable silence until Evans decide to break it.

"Do you know Joshua's last name?"

I looked at him weirdly."No?"I chuckled."It's just...nevermind."I pinched his cheeks,demanding him to continue."Ow!Okay!It's just that I've never heard of his full name.And apparently,no one knows.His full name wasn' t written on student's board like the rest of us.Instead,it's just 'Joshua' "he explained.

At the same time,Jace approached me without Joshua.I immediately pulled Jace's hand."Wow.Calm down,sis.I was away for minutes and you miss me already?God!"he sighed dramatically.I rolled my eyes at him."Whatever you say."I mumbled.

"So-"Jace was cut of by me."JACE!I NEED JOSHUA'S LAST NAME.NOW.THIS INSTANT.IMMEDIATELY."I yelled into his ear.Jace winced at my loud voice and Evans gave him a sympathetic look.Thank god,no students were listening.

"Calm down,girl.But I'm sorry sweetheart,I can't tell.It's a secret."he smirked.I glared at him before a smile started creeping to my face as I stare at him."I would tell everyone about it.Jace.Everyone."I decide to blackmail him with 'the secret'.

It's a secret only him and I knows.The secret of me beating him in Candy Crush.He was embarassed till now."I..wait-Ugh!Okay fine!"he said,defeated.Boys and their egos.I smirked michieviously.

"Well,it's.."

I spotted Joshua standing at the corner of the entrance.I approched him from the back with a evil smile plastered on my face.He saw me and winked at me."Hey, babe."he smirked as he emphasis on the word 'babe'.

"Hey ,Joshua."I said it with my seductive voice.His face went from hundred to zero in second."Wh-"

I pulled his collar so my lips is close to his ear as I finish my sentence."-Valentines."Then I pulled away with a victory smile on my face as I look into the eye's of a boy who stared at me wide eyes with his mouth hung open.
