Boaz POV

That night, I could not sleep, I am contemplating on how I will tell her about me without distressing her, but that'll be nearly impossible. I tossed and turned, the gear of my mind work non-stop till dusk to dawn. Certain that there will be no chance of sleep at all, I got up and head towards the forest for a quick run to release the tension that is been on my shoulder since she left me. As I went deep inside the forest I leaped through the air changing to my wolf form ripping my clothes in the process. My golden fur with a hint of black came into sight and I bolt deeper in the forest casting my worries aside for the time being letting my animal instinct to guide me. Without me knowing that I have been running for hours and my wolf brought me to the place I knew by heart even though I only went there once. My mate's house. 'I am already here, why not break the back of the beast as well' I thought. Now I regret ripping my clothes off. I slowly strode towards the back of her house, her angelic smell came contact with my senses and as I near her house it's getting stronger. Once I'm on her backyard I howled hoping that she will be the one who will come out of the house. Unfortunately, it was a little boy who came out, however, I smelled my mate coming out too and then I saw her. Beautiful as always. She told the kid to go back inside, but the kid insists that he heard something outside and then she looked around the surrounding, I hide deeper around the tree not to be spotted. She told the little boy that there is nothing out the backyard and to go back inside. The little boy finally gave in and submit to her authority she gave the surrounding a final scan. I took that as an opportunity to come into view for her, she overlooked me for a while but then whipped her head back to my direction. Her eyes bulge out as she stared at me and I took the opportunity of her fullest attention and dropped the bomb; changing back into human form right in front of her eyes. Her jaw dropped and she is struck dumb with what she is seeing, she did a double take, and then shook her head; eyes still wide open. I started walking towards where she is rooted to her spot. Before I could even come near her, she held out her arms.

"I will shout if you dare to take one more step towards me" She warned.

"Secondly please cover up" she carried on. Her last statement made me smile and I smirked at her. She scowled at me 'Wrong timing Boaz' I gave myself a mental punched.

"This is a serious matter, you just shift in front of my freaking eyes!!! You I almost give me heart attack" She complained

"I'm sorry my love, I act on impulse. Please forgive me, I haven't slept all night contemplating how I will make you understand without frightening you but that will be nearly impossible. Breaking the ice  that you are my soulmate, I am a wolf and I have been waiting for you all my life." I said hurriedly, Her visage thawed

"Well, at least, you could have asked first! and don't I have a choice on this?" A smile played on my lips

"You are taking this better than I thought you would," I confessed

"I am shocked really utterly shocked, but hey what can I do? scream like a lunatic, that will not change anything...though I am also surprised with my reactio...." She rumbles on and I could not help myself but to hug her, so I did.

"Well, your holding on to me like your life depends on it." She manages to tease through this awkward situation

"It does," I whispered in her ear solemnly. Her smell is addicting which awoken my junior. I bet she felt it so I let her go and turned back

"Uhmmm..Do you have any set of clothing that I could borrow for the time being?" I asked blushing, I punched myself profusely. 'No man blush' I reminded myself.

"Yeah I guess I do" I stood there a bit assured that she will accept me base on her reaction, but I could not help myself to walk back on the dark thoughts. A clearing of throat lighted my dark thoughts and brought me back to reality. Her pearly smile made my heart skipped a beat.

"Are you accepting me? I will devote my life to you only, forever, as long as I live. My eyes will only be on you." I looked at her earnestly.

"This is hard, but..... what can I say? The truth is, I knew rather believed that werewolf is not just a myth! My grandma been telling me these stories about your kind and I was mystified and captivated by how beautiful you all are and......cruel at the same time. I did not think that I will be seeing one, in a million years! Too bad grandma passed away, she would be ecstatic once she knew that you are not a fantasy but a reality." She went on, and I was shocked by her opinion about werewolf

"So you knew about my kind?"

"I believed in it, but I didn't know that it really existed at this century. I thought that you were extinct...." I chuckled at her theory

"Well, we are just good at hiding." I winked

"May I take you with me?" I asked hopefully

"Like now!?"

"Well, yeah if you don't mind, you can ride on my back" I suggested

"Ride you!" My eyes glinted lustfully, but I cleared it with a chuckled

"You do not need to make it sound so... dirty" I smirked at her, her face turned crimson. She turned around quickly hide her embarrassed face.

"I will get my jacket. Be back in a minute"

The superfluous set of clothing on my rough hand long forgotten as I anticipated for her
