I'm sitting at mine and Jaimie's apartment, it's 11:30 and she's still not home from work at Victory Records. She's gone a lot, I'm sure she's hitting on band members.

Facebook's boring, Tumblr's boring, Twitter's boring. Hell, everything is boring tonight.

"Hey, Jayke! Sorry I'm late! I bumped into Jeremy!" Jaimie bursts through the door.

"Who's Jeremy?" I ask, turning around and looking at her.

"You know, Jeremy McKinnon!" She says, closing and locking the door behind her.

"That kid you talk about all the time?" I ask.

"He's not a kid. He's Jeremy McKinnon, and I don't talk about him all the time!" She says plopping down on the couch with a Monster in hand. I stand up and walk over to her.

"Any interesting studio stories?" I ask, taking the Monster out of her hand and taking a long sip from it.

        "Awe, you whore." She frowns.

I laugh, "Wow Jaimie," I roll my eyes, handing her the drink, "don't call me a whore. we're not in Mean Girls."

She rolls her eyes and stands up, "What's our plans for tonight?" She asks, looking through the fridge, "Hmmm, food."

I laugh, just as I'm about to stand up, my phone begins to play it's familiar ringtone, "You're So Creepy' by Ghost Town. "Hello?" I answer.

"Who is it?" Jaimie mouths over to me.

I shrug. "hey, this is Jayke right?" They ask. Well, it's an unfamiliar male voice, I begin walking to my room as I talk

"Yes it is, who's this?"  I ask, pacing the hallway like I always do when someone calls me.

"Okay that's good. And, don't you know? It's Vic? Jeremy told me to call you." He answers.

I stop in the middle of the hallway, I swallow and look over at Jaimie who's standing in the kitchen, wide eyes and a sandwich in her mouth, "Oh hey, Vic." I manage to say.

Jaimie looks at me, her mouth open agape, "Hey. you know Jeremy right?" He asks, my heart skips out of rhythm.

"Of course I do." I smile like an idiot.

"Okay, that's good, I didn't want you to think I was a stalker." He laughs.

I laugh with him, "Ha, so why did he tell you to call me?" I ask, plopping myself on the couch. Jaimie walks over to me, sitting down and giving me a weird look.

"Oh, he said something about, uhm, for, well, he said a date, but you don't have to if you really don-"

"Sure." I smile, cutting him off.

"Really?" He asks, shock full in his voice.

"Yeah. When?" I ask, trying to hold in my excitement.

"Uhm, how about tomorrow when I get back from the recording studio?"

"Sure." I smile like an idiot again.

"Okay, see ya." He says, hanging up.

"Oh. My. Gosh!" I shriek, dropping my phone on the ground.

"What?! What?!" Jaimie asks sitting up straighter and looking at me, "at least, I think it was."

        She gasps. "Vic Fuentes!?"
