Chapter 10 : Lucus's POV

As soon as we walked into the house people where staring at me and Maria. Although I didn't mind the attention on me, I did not like the lustful glances Maria was receiving from some new, weak vampire's.

I growled menacingly, warning them to back off and gradually they did but some thought they where tough enough to beat me and still threw glances Maria's way. They are wrong. There is no chance any vampire in this house could ever harm me, they all know who I am and how powerful I am.

We walked into the living room being greeted my friend's. "Hey dude, how much would it cost for a night with her?" My friend Kyle asked, nodding his head towards Maria. I looked at him, keeping the disbelief and anger out of my eyes. I notices a look of fear on Maria's face. HOW DARE HE ASK TO BUY MY MA-Slave. "Very funny Kyle but she's not for sale." I answered coldly, trying to hide just how angry I was at the moment. He kept on pestering me for a while, figuring that because he was my friend I wouldn't hurt him. He was also wrong. Using my powers, I sent a wave of pain through him, looking him in the eyes, letting him know it was me, after that he left me alone but I have a feeling this wont be the end.

After that I started handing drink after drink to Maria, but I can't figure out why she isn't even tipsy yet, most of the other humans are. "Okay, I think you've had enough for a first drink. Come here." I told Maria. She wondered over to me slowly. I grabbed her arm gently when she got within my range and pulled her down so she was straddling me. Her eyes glanced around the room, checking that no-one was watching. I don't see why they would, I think all the other vampires are too busy chowing down on their slaves. I grabbed her silky hair and used that to bring her neck closer to my face. I started kissing and licking her skin, where I had previously given her a love bite, taking in her sweet taste and smell. I bit down, letting her delicious blood flow into my mouth. She taste wonderful. Is that apple I taste? I hear her moan lightly and release my own. I so wanted to prolong this but new I couldn't if we wanted to enjoy our night, after all, wouldn't want a passed out Maria now would we? As I removed my fangs, Maria's flushed face popped view, "Why did you stop?" she asked. "I can't have you passing our from blood loss, the party has only just begun." And with that, I walked off and Maria went to do her own thing.

I gave Maria a couple more drinks throughout the night but I know she got herself drinks as well as every time I saw her she had a drink in one, or even two hands. She was also always with people so I guess she made some friends, even friends that where boys but my guess if that they only have friendly intentions as no-one would defy me completely. No one was allowed to touch her without my permission, as evident, the Sapphire necklace with my families crest on flashed into view. She is mine and mine alone.

Maria's comes over to me and sits on my lap as we talk to friends. She wouldn't stop wiggling and it was really starting to aggravate me downstairs. I grabbed her waist and told her to stop, she simply giggled and then wiggled again. With that I groaned and got up, taking her with me. I ran upstairs to one of the bedrooms with vampire speed and the second the door closed behind us Maria was up against the wall and I was kissing her with so much passion it surprised even me.

She responded and we gradually made our way over to the bed, both of us missing several items of clothing. After that Maria told me we couldn't have sex...Yet.

After a couple of hours we collapsed side by side, panting. "Wow" was all Maria could say. I agreed completely, for how inexperienced she was, she was absolutely brilliant and what she did. When I looked aver at her again, I picked up a strand of hair and noticed she was just about to fall asleep. I let go of the piece of hair and let her fall into a deep sleep before moving her.

I dressed her and then carried her to my car, making sure I didn't move her on the way there, noticing almost everyone had gone home, apart from the few who had passed out. I placed her in the backseat and let her rest. When we got home, I again undressed her, noticing she had woken up slightly as I placed her in the bed, I told her to go back to sleep.  I stroked her hair and kissed her forehead lightly, climbing into bed beside her.
