I ran through the forest as fast as I could hearing gun shots behind me. I swung my back legs around a big oak tree changing my direction. I kept running until the shots got faint. I was breathing heavy as I ran across a small brick bridge. I slowed down to a walk and looked behind me. "I think, it's gone." I said in between puffs of breath.

I walked around for a little while until I got tired. I laid down and closed my eyes for a little while. When I woke up next I heard footsteps. I scrambled to my feet and started running. More gunshots. One of the bullets grazed my leg making me yelp in pain. I set my jaw and began weaving around the trees. What was this creature doing in my forest! I stood on my hind legs and climbed up a tree not making a sound. I saw the creature come running right under the tree I was in.

"Just a little but closer...aaand..." I edged a bit closer to the branch and looked down. "Now." I breathed. I jumped down on top of the creature and pinned him to the ground. I kicked it in the stomach and stood back up. He drew his gun and I began running again.
He fired three shots and one of them hit me in the leg. I screamed and fell to the ground. I reached for my leg and tried to stop the blood flow. I heard foot steps running toward me. I closed my eyes and waited for the worst. "Who the h-hell are you?" A voice asked. I kept my mouth shut and my eyes closed. "Tell me. Or I will shoot." I heard the gun cock. I flinched and opened my eye. And looked at the creature. He pushed the gun at me and I flinched again. "Why should I tell you anything?" I said sassily still holding my leg. "If you don't, you wont-" I interrupted him. "See your family or the light ever again yea yea. I don't have a family. So it doesn't matter anyways." I rolled my eyes and he put the gun down. "Hey listen bud. I'm sorry for shooting you back there." I rolled my eyes. "I do not take your apologie. You shot me and that's that. It's not forgivable in any sense. In fact I think it would be best if you left my forest. Oh and I forgot to tell you; I'm the queen of the forest. And I don't need a king to rule over me in any way."
