Kay's P.O.V.
Michael and I had been watching movies snuggled up to each other all morning long. I can't remember the last time I was as happy as I was right now.
Being wrapped up I'm Michael's warm embrace made me feel safe and loved, he was amazing.
As I went to the kitchen to get some more snacks for us, I stood gazing out of the window, my front pressed against the counter. I smiled as a couple and a child walked peacefully through the street. I felt arms wrap around my waist and a head rest upon my shoulder.
"That will be us one day Kay." Michael kissed my cheek as we both started at the family in awe. "Walking down the streets hand in hand with a little version of you and me beside us. I can't wait to start a family with you Kay. I am so in love with you it's crazy. I will do everything in my being to ensure that you are safe from all harm." He paused for a breath, smiled and continued. "I know this may sound crazy but in a way, I'm actually glad I got arrested. Because if I hadn't then I never would have walked into that hospital, and I never would have met you."
Tears spilled from my eyes, I leant up and kissed him passionately. He smiled into the kiss making my heart flutter more. He really was my everything and by his speech, I now know he feels the same way.
Nothing could ruin this moment of just me and him.
When the door bell rang I had no idea that actually this moment would be ruined...
