In bloom

Chapter 1:

I walk into the house, crush crush crush by Paramore blasting in my ears. I rush straight to my room wanting to avoid the conflict/ small talk with my step-dad. I flop onto my bed and my phone vibrates, i pick it up...Kik message. I go to set it down and realize i had no clue who just messaged me. I open kik and see it was some boy named coden. I open the message.

~Hey~

I hesitate but reply

~Hey~

I set down my phone and get out my homework. I get out my pencil and my phone vibrates again.

~How are you? I'm coden btw i saw your match and chat~

I chuckle at myself. I forgot to delete that thing.

~hai Coden im taren...I'm great wbu?~

He reads immediately and i smile.

Two years later

I get home excited to tell coden the news...i got a boyfriend. I message him...

He responds right away.

I've had a crush on coden for the past two years but he has a girlfriend and they have been together for 6 months. Coden lives in Sweden and is 18,
