Im The Girl Next Door

'Slip' "ahhhhhhhhhh" I yell tripping down the stairs "fuck" I look up to see the dresser coming towards me "ahhhhhhhhhhhh" I try to get up but fall. I look at my ankle its swollen the size of a soft ball I hear a thud and I look up gray is on the dresser and is riding it down then jumps off and lands in front me and turns around and stops the dresser I look up at gray to see him setting the dresser down to stable it and them he looks at me and squats down and wipes a tear that somehow escaped "shhhh its ok" he whispers. He helps me up "that never happened ok" I say "what never happened" he repeated with a smile and this time he was pushing and I was pulling and we eventually made it to the top. "Kids come down here" I hear my grandma say "ok coming" I respond "lets go" I wave the boys over and we all walk down stairs to see her holding three pizzas.

I hear the boys mumble yes and pizza I chuckle "thanks gran" and she hands us the pizzas and said "run upstairs and eat, its 6 you boys can go back after food and tell your mother your eating here ok?" They nod and we run upstairs we all sit on my bed and eat. "Is gran gonna eat?" Gray question, I nod no "she cant eat pizza, or anything with wheat. "Poor granny" Luke or Jake said faking sadness. I laugh then scratch the bak of my head I look at gray then tell him to lean in I whisper in his ear "who is who I know it's Jake and Luke but yeah......" He laughs then whispers Jake is the blonde one and Luke is the black haired dude." 'Ohhhh ok' i think that's useful information.

After we ate the boys left and it was 7 my room was set up but I still had to my cloths away and put some stuff up. But I think I will do that tomorrow I grab my blanket, pillow, and sheets I make my bed the put the rest of the pizza in my mini fridge. Then I turn on the radio, turn off the lights then go to bed.

~~next day~~

"Beep beep beep beep beep" I hear I slowly open my eyes and look at the time 9:30 am I read I hit the dismiss button. I get up and stretch then I walk into my bath room then unpack my bathroom box and get my shampoo and stuff out. I get in the shower its really big. (picture) I start to watch my hair,

I sing I start to finish upwhen I hear my grandma yell "Red you have visitors" oh no "hmm I'm in the shower!" I yell "I'm sending them up!" What!?!?!? No "noooooo" I hear the door open then close "Red?!?" Said Alice "hold on" I finish up grab a towel, rap it around me and walk to the counter and put my hair in a messy bun I put on sweat pants and a tank top I brought with me in to the bathroom. " hey  Alice....... And gray!" Oh fuck. Alice ran over and hugs me I hug her back "Red can we go exploring?" Exploring? "hmmmm ok I guess when can, but I want food. Did you to eat before you came?" I ask and they both nod their heads no. "Sooo..... Pancakes it is" "yay!!" I pick up Alice and walk down stairs gray following closely behind.

I get down stairs and  to the kitchen, I set Alice down and get all the pancake stuff out "hey gray can you get the measuring cup please?" I ask and he does. "Thanks" I stir the pancake mix, but I guess I stirred to hard cause well it flung and hit gray.....on the face. "Oops" I say sniffling a laugh "oh you think that is funny!?" Gray says and I just start to laugh. "Yes, yes I do" I say as I start to cook the pancakes. Five minutes later we are all eating, grans sleeping on the couch. I finish eating after my fifth one, Alice got full on her first, and gray only ate two. "Let's go" I slip on my shoe that were by the door and go outside, gray and Alice following behind. "Time to find I place to build a tree house" I say "really!!!!!" Alice screams with excitement "shhh and yes really, I found a  bunch of perfectly good wood planks and I thought I could build a tree house with'm" I say calmly looking at Alice dance around. "We're gonna build a tree we're gonna build a tree house, , we're gonna build a tree house!" Alice sings. We walk and walk and I realize I can't remember the way we came so I look at alice and tell her to stop and I turn to find gray gone and he couldn't be hiding cause all the trees here are tiny. "Fuck" I mumble, 'thumb thumb thumb' my heart starts to throb and it only does that when something bad is happening or is going to soon. Then I hear a branch brake and I look to see wear it came from.....

Another coyote with out thinking I pick up Alice and book it though the woods and I see gray "RUNNNNN!!!!!" I yell running past him, it didn't take him long to catch up. We are now all running both me and gray have hold of Alice I have one arm he has the other and we are lifting her up up she for some reason keeps moving her legs like shes the one running. I see a tree that Alice can grab on to, so I take Alice from gray and lift her up "grab that branch and pull your self up there got it, 1 , 2 , 3 , now.  Alice is in the tree and the coyote is chasing us still. "Why did you leave her there!?!?" Gray questions as we run " cause I didn't want her to see this" I stop and turn pull out my pocket knife and the coyote jumps at me and I once again stab its head so it dies quickly with no pain. "Let's go get her" I say and he just nods "Marco" I yell "polo" I hear alice "Marco" " polo" I see Alice and run up to her I take her off the tree. "Hey Alice do you like this tree?" "Yeah why?" "Well I think its perfect for the tree house what about you?" "Oh yes, yes, yes, it is!"

So after we found the tree we wanted to use we decided we need to get home so I took them home first and I walked home after. 'Gosh like why are there so many  coyotes anyways' I think to myself. I hear running behind me thinking it is gray trying to catch up so he can walk me home again. I turn a round and see its some other people running a little boy and two older boys running after him. I started to run by the lil boy "hey are you ok?!" He looks up and shakes his head no and points back there. I look only two be knock unconscious by a bloody rock.

"Hey lady, lady you ok?" I groan at the sound "just five more minutes" I hear three different little giggles so I roll over and open my eyes to see those 3 boys "what happ- never mind know" I stand up and look at the two older boys and glare "who was it?" One points at the one with his head down. "Why were you throwing rocks at him?" I point to the lil boy "w-we j-just huh" I stopped him by putting my hand in the air and I look at the little boy "don't lie, ok I need to truth for the next question I have ok" he nods "are they bullying you" he gets tense looks at them and nods 'yes' "ok then lets go to the Bully's house tell there parents and then take you home" the two older boys look like they just meet a devil........ok well they did but that's not the point.

I hold the 2 boys hand so they can't get away as we headed to ones house that through the rock, when we got there the mom and dad were there. I explained what happened and they looked horrified and grounded him and made him apologize to me and the lil boy. Then we went next door the the other boys house and told his dad what happened and he was pretty mad he made the boy say sorry and the dad gave us homemade cookies "thanks!" I yell as we leave. I hand a cookie to the little boy "soooo what's your name and where do you live?" I ask "hmmm close and Luke"I
Laugh out loud cause I was thinking about yesterday with gray, Jake and Luke. " d-do you not like my name" I nod " of course I do I just thought of someone I knew lukey pokey" I added and he blushes bright red 'cute' we stop in front of a great very familiar drive way "can you make it home from here?" I ask he nods and starts running home.

when I get home I start to put my clothes away and finish unpacking cook and chicken dish for dinner and eat and leave some for gran I eat at the table go upstairs and lay in my bed for a couple hours reading then go to bed
