"Si, lo so che non c'é luce in una stanza quando manca il sole."
"Yes, i know there is no light in a room when the sun is absent."

Five years ago..
After they announced names and got our diplomas, We made our way to take pictures with our friends for the last time.
We make our way outside, where the cool warm breeze hits my face instantly. I love it. The sky always turns a light shade of pink and yellow. I am going to miss it. I'm going to miss a lot of things.
"We did it, babe!" I said excitedly. Tanner picks me up and I rap my legs around his waist and he spins us in a circle. I laugh freely.
"Yes. We. Did." I say in-between kisses.
"Barf! Can y'all not? It's already bad enough I'll be hearing you horn dogs when we move in together." Reese said beside me. I flip her off. But smile at her.
So what if I like sex? It's healthy.
"I'd appreciate it, if both of you don't have any kind of sexual intercourse outside. Thank you." My dad says. I immediately jump off of Tanner embarrassed.
"Dad!" I give him the 'are you serious?' Look. He winks at me but glares at Tanner.
"Mhm. I'm with you, Leo. You should hear them when they ha--" I hit hear on the arm. Hard. She grins and winks.
My dad glares at Tanner again.
At least we're moving soon. No more rules and curfews.
"Hi, Alma!" Reese practically attacks my mother when she walks up to us. "You look beautiful." She gushes at her. And my mother does look beautiful.
She's wearing a tight red simple dress with black wedges. And my father is, as always, matching her. He's wearing a black suit with a red tie.
"Hello, dear. I am very proud of all three of you. Isn't that right, Leo?" My mother says looking at my father.
"Of course, love. I'm very proud of my girls." I roll my eyes. My dad used to like Tanner.
That is, until we started dating in eighth grade. He thinks Tanners an arrogant asshole.
My dad gives me and Reese a big bear hug.
"I would give you a hug, Tanner." My dad says. "But truth be told: I hate you." My mouth, just like all of us, falls open. "I'm sure you, all of you, know that. I'm going to say this once. Hurt both of my baby girls, and I'll chop off that thing you like to call a dick." He points at it. My eyes widen.
Jesus Christ!
Is he fucken kidding me? And does he really have to point?
Reese starts laughing like a fucken hyena. My mom elbows the hell out of his rib. I glare at him, and Tanner? Tanner just stands there, covering his balls.
"I am so, so sorry, Bebe."
He waves me off, like it's not a big deal and clears his throat. "It's fine. As long as you love me."
"Of course." I stand on my tippy toes and give him a peck on the lips.

Present day...I wake up gasping for air.
"Here, hon. Drink this. You're fine." Reese says. Scaring the hell out of me. I scream and she mumbles an apology. She hands me a glass of water.
I drink it like it's the last cup of water I'll ever drink in my life. Finishing it in one gulp, I ask her for more.
After drinking it I look around the room.
My room.
Just as I left it.
Reese studies me quietly, giving me time to take in what Fabio did.
Bastard.
"Reese, what the hell am I doing here?" I ask her quietly, picking at my nails. She looks nervous. "Where's Tanner? I have to talk to him." I start pull the covers off of me and start getting up. "He's not here now, right?"
"Hold on." Reese said, grabbing my arm. "The drugs aren't fully out of your system yet. Take deep breaths." I yank my arm away from her.
"I'm fine." I snap at her. Reese nods and backs away from me, keeping her head down. "Do is he here? Or not?" I know I sound like a bitch but I'm tired of all these games.
"Yes, but.." she trails off and she bites her bottom lip.
"But what? Spit it out already." I tell her angrily. She flinches. I close my eyes and press my mouth together. "I'm sorry. I just...I just wanna know what's going on. Please." I tell her more calmly.
"But. I can't tell you." I put my hands on my hips and glare at her.
"What do you mean you can't? Of course you can. How hard is it to tell me?"
She shakes her head. "I mean I can't tell you."
It takes me a few seconds to realize her words.
"Wow." I look straight at her. Her whole body stance screams out guilt. "You signed the papers." It's not a question.
She agreed to not open her mouth about anything that goes on here to me.
Just me.
"I'm sorry, Bree."
"Only my friends call me Bree." She flinches at my hard tone. I huff and sit on the bed.
"Okay. You can stop being a bitch now. Alright? What. Do you think I Wanted to sign the papers? No! I signed them because it's none of your damn business of what's going on." She paces back and forth. "Did you hear what I said? None of your damn business!" She yells at me and leaves the room, slamming the door hard behind her.
I stare at the door with my eyebrows furrowed.
I'm about to curl up in a ball and feel sorry for myself when the door burst's open.
I let out an annoyed sigh.
Fabio barges in the room like he owns the place. Well, technically he does, but still. He can at least knock. "I am glad you're up, sleepy beauty." He leans against the wall and smirks.
"I'm sure you have many questions."
"Oh, no. I actually don't." He ignores my sarcasm and leans away from the wall. Fabio stands at the end of my bed and stares at me. "What!"
"I know what you're thinking." He tells me after a full uncomfortable minute. I scoff and roll my eyes at him.
"Oh? Enlighten me, Please, I have nothing better to do anyways. Since you kidnapped me." I say dryly. Fabio runs his hands through his thick black and brown hair.
"Kidnapped?" He says it like a question. I knew it. I knew he was always stupid.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Are you asking me for the fucken definition? It means: taking someone. Like you did! You stupid fuck. And really? With the drugging?!" He rubs his face then exhales and inhales. He looks...exhausted, worn out.
"I bet you are hungry, yes?" I open my mouth to say yes, but He doesn't give me a chance to reply.
Fabio leaves just as quickly as he came in.
