It's only a fairytale (Dean Winchester fanfiction)

Chapter 5

We have been in the hospital all night. We had the door locked. Marc kept looking out the window at the infected people outside. "Hey" I say to Dean. "Hi princess" he says distracted with his guns. "We're all going to be okay" I say. "I know. How's your wrist and your head" he says. "My head is thumping a lot but I'm fine" I say. "Are you sure?" He asked. "Yeah I'm fine" I say. "Take this gun" Dean says handing me a pistol. I put it on my waist of my pants. "Do you need help getting all the guns loaded?" I asked. "We're okay but thanks" Dean says. "Sam thank you for helping me back there" I say. He just nods and smiles at me.

One of the nurses starts freaking out saying she wants to go home. Sam calms her down. Dean wasn't really talking. I think he was scared. Then there was a knocking at the door. Dean,Sam and Marc all run to the door. It was Jarred Tanner. (The kid Dean shot in the vision) Marc let's him in. Dean grabbed him by the arm. "Woah woah easy there, how do we know your not infected? Hey doc. Go get him a blood test will you?" Dean asked. The nurse took Jarred to the other room. "Who are you" Jarred asked Dean. "Never mind who I am. Doc" he says pointing to the needle. "Has anyone seen my mom and dad?" Jarred says all panicking. Dean turns to me and whispers "awkward" I try to keep a straight face. The nurse found an open wound on his leg. "Where did you get that" Dean asked. "I was running and I tripped" Jarred says. "Get the rope and Tie him up" Dean says to Marc. Jarred stands up. "Wait?" He says all confused. Dean pulls out his gun and loads it about to shoot him. "SIT DOWN NOW!" Dean screams.

"Dean can I talk to you for a sec?" Sam asked. Dean and Sam walk out. Dean comes back not even a second later. "Ari come here. Your not leaving my side" Dean says. "My vision it's happening" Sam says. "Dean you can't shoot him not yet" I says. "We don't know if he's infected yet" Sam says. "Oh I think we're pretty damn sure he is. He comes here with an open wound cmon" Dean says. "Let's just keep him tied up and just wait" Sam say. "For what? For him to hulk out and infect someone else. No way" Dean says. Sam walks out. Dean was about to but I stopped him. "What if Sam and I were infected. Would you shoot us?" I asked. "Im doing this so we don't even have to think about that" Dean says. I roll my eyes.  "Listen, I'm not happy about this but it's a tough job. And maybe you shouldn't of came with us." Dean says all mad. "Just think about this please before you do something really stupid" I say. "How am I supposed to have a clear mind when all I can think about is you and Sam being safe. That's all I care about" he says. "If you care about us then please don't kill him not yet" I say. "WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR? Your going to get all of us killed because your so stupid" Dean says. I walk out.

We walk back to the room. I started to cry a little bit because of what Dean says. A tear drops from my chin. Sam sees it and drags Dean out of the room. "What the hells wrong with you? You would kill an innocent man and you don't even care. Your acting like one of those things" Sam says. I walk into the room. "Sam just ignore him. He won't listen to us" I say. Dean looks at me and moves both of us in the room and locks the door. "Dean open the door now" Sam and I scream. Dean walk away. "Dean don't do it" I scream. "Deans not thinking clearly" Sam says. Sam and I wait to hear a gun shot but we don't hear one. Dean let's us out. Sam, Dean and I start making bombs. We weren't talking though.

The nurse walks in. "He has been tied up for four hours. He's not infected. I would like to untie him please" the nurse says. Dean looks at me and then we both look at Sam. "Yeah sure" Sam says. "So why didn't you kill him?" I asked Dean. He looks up at me and clears his throat. "We need more alcohol" he says. I walk into the room to get alcohol. One of the nurses were in there. "How are you holding up?" I asked. "Good" she says and closes the door and locks it. "What....what are you doing?" I asked. "I wanted to get you alone" she says. She walks towards me and throws me against the cabinets. She sits on top of me punching me. She cuts my shoulder open and the palm of her hand. I scream in pain. She mixes the blood and right then Dean breaks the door open with his foot and shoot the lady. I hold my hand up for Dean to help me up but Marc stopped him.

"She bled on her. Arianna has the virus" Marc says. Dean helps me up. We walk to a room and the nurse keeps taking my blood. "You know what we have to do" Marc says. "We are not shooting her" Sam screams. "We have to. She's not going to be herself for long. Either you shoot her or I will" Marc says. "You will not go anywhere near Ari. Do you understand me? Doc check her blood again" Dean says. "Did the blood actually go into the wound?" The doc says. "I uh don't know" I say. "Of course it did" Marc says. "You shut your mouth No ones shooting anyone" Dean says. "There right. Just give me the gun and I'll shoot myself" I say. "Forget it" Dean says. "I'm not going to become one of those things please Dean. I can't let you or Sam get hurt because of me" I say. "Ari we still got some time-" Sam says. "Time for what? I'm sorry, I get you love your girlfriend but she's infected" Marc says pulling out his gun. "Im going to say this one time, you make a move on her, you will be dead before you hit the ground you understand me! DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR!" Dean screams taking charge.

"We're going to stay with you" Sam says "Sam no go with your brother please. Both of you just please leave before I hurt you" I say. "No I'm not leaving without you" Dean says. "Can I have one moment with Dean and Sam please?" I asked. "I don't trust you! You will kill them" Marc says. "Get out" Dean says. They leave the room. "Please just leave me a gun and I'll end it by myself. You have your brother to take care of" I say. "We're not leaving" Dean says. We both start tearing up."promise me something. You will go with Sam and figure out a way to stop this. Move on with your life" I say. "I cant" Dean says with tears running down his face. I wipe the tear off his face. "We're family. Family doesn't leave" Sam says. "Sam please just take Dean and go. You guys don't deserve this. This is how I die not you guys. You have to be stronger please. Be the Winchester brothers I know and love" I beg.

"Look it's over for me but it doesn't have to be for you. I'm just some girl, Sam is your brother. Please just go protect him" I say. "I can't because your not just some girl" Dean says. I grab Deans gun from his hand and I place it on my bed. I hug Sam. "Sam go start the car please" I say. "No" Dean says. "Sammy go now!" I scream. "Okay I will" Sam says. I hug Sam really tightly "I'm going to miss you fart face. I love you" I say laughing. Sam giggles a little. "I love you Ari" Sam says. We all had tears in my eyes. "Please keep Dean sane for me" I ask. "I will. I'm going to start the car" Sam says. Sam walks out. I sit back on the bed. Dean walks over to me. I hold his hand. "Dean we just met a month ago, you knew Sam your whole life. Please go with him. You don't know me. I won't let you risk your life for me." I say.

"I'm tired Ari, I'm tired of this job, this life" "so what your going to give up? Leave your brother with nobody?" I asked. "Ari, this is the second time this week I couldn't save you" Dean says. "Listen! It's not your job to take care of me. I love you Dean, but you can't save everyone" I say. Tears were falling down his face. "Goodby Dean" I say. He slowly leans in and kisses me. We have a romantic kiss."don't be stupid please. Stay with your brother" I say. He hugs me really tightly.

Then the nurse knocks on the door. "You better come see this" she says. Dean and I follow her outside. Marc and jarred were outside just as shock. There's no one here. After five hours the nurse checked my blood. "Well I think you dodge a bullet" she says. "But I was exposed?" I say. "Maybe you weren't. I don't know but your definitely not infected" she says. "Are you sure?" I say. "Positive" she says. Then she looks at tanners blood. "What the hell! There's no trace of the virus on them" she says. "Really?" I say. "Yeah it is normal now" I run out of the room and sneak attack Dean and I jump on his back. "Guess who is going to annoy you some more" I say teasing him. "Huh" he says. "I'm not infected" I say. The nurse walks out and explains everything. I jump off of deans back. "Sammy I'm going to annoy you also" I tease him as I mess up his hair. "Good" Sam says. I hug Sam and we all start laughing. We head back on the road.
