so for girls how like palying lax this is a helpfull book ....frist becarfull you just might get hit really hard ... I no how that fells I got hit right universe the knee cap...... it hurt! !!!! oh and Ps do not check a girl if ulyou do it more then once you are gona her kide out or sit out neather are fun . oh I wouldn't be a holy unless you like to get hit with a ball that is solid hard I did it wasn't fun.
