*****NEXT DAY*****

It was Saturday. My birthday. Then I remembered.
Today I got my powers. I tried the telekinesis. I showed with my finger on the bottle of water. It flew slowly over to me. Wow! I was awesome!!! Suddenly my mom came with a birthday cake in.

»Happy Birthday,honey!«
»Omg! Thank you mom!«

I changed my clothes and brushed my teeth. Then I went downstairs.

»Happy birthday,Jess!«,my dad yelled.
»Thank you!«,I answered and gave him a big hug.
»Hey, Rob, say you little sister 'happy birthday'« ,my  mom said to my brither, Robbie.

He's nineteen and sometimes really annoying but I love him.

»What? O, um, yeah, happy birthday Jessie«
»Thanks Rob«

At 3 pm the first guest came. It was Charlotte. After her Henry and Jasper came too.

We had lots of fun together and played games and talked about thinks like school and that stuff.

After they went home my dad said he should talk with.

»Did I something wrong?«,I asked confused.
»No,no. It's because your superpowers. You know you're my sidekick now and later we'll work together wit h Captain Man but first you need to have a hero-training. I'll train you.
And you have to be carefully. Nobody should know that you've got superpowers. Got it?«
»Yeah,dad I got it«

After that conversation we went into the yard.
»Now you'll run once around the world. But you've got to use the superpower«

Did I just hear the right. Run around the world?

»But dad! That's 48 thousand kilometers and...«
»Just try«,he interrupted me.

Okay. That's weird. Wait.

»Dad, there's the big ocean and...«
»No, you'll be so fast that you'll run over the water«
»Like Jesus?«
»Yeah, and if you'll fall in the water don't worry you've got superpowers that you can survive without food, water or air 65 hours. Don't worry. And if you can't run anymore you still can fly. It'll take maybe 1 and a half minute«

Okay. I would try.

I ran as fast as I could. And I was really fast. The wing blow around my hair. Suddenly the ground was really soft. I looked down. There was water. I was on the Atlantic now! 'Don't think just run. Otherwise you'll die', I thought. This wasn't the truth but I didn't want to swim in this big ocean. Wait. Dad didn't tell me how to break. Shit. Suddenly I saw our yard. That was impossible because it was still 120 kilometers away. I tried to ran slowly and it worked. I entered the yard.

I wasn't tired or something. I felt great. Wow! I could win every marathon. Oh, yeah, I'm not allowed to use my superpowers somewhere else.

»Here«,my dad said and gave me a bottle with something in it which looked like smoothie,»drink that special drink, otherwise you'll dehydrate«

Oh no. I drank the whole bottle as fast as I could. Mmmm, that was tasty.

The rest of the day he taught me how to use the other powers. Like the telekinesis.

I'm ready to protect Smellview now!
