Together we walked down the hall passing door after door till we got to ours which was 5022 , it wasn't like an upper-class room ,and I'm sure as hell it didn't feel the same way. I throw my messenger bag on the floor beside my bed and throw my shoes right there, with them so I could find when I forgot about that stinking calculus final studying guide , Tessa stood between my bed and hers with the bathroom nearby. Something pulsed on my ring finger and I looked down at it the pattern was a star, then the sun, and ending with a waning moon. The sun brightened to a dim light where it shown the time of day. It pulsed like this even when it wasn't exactly a time of day. This ring was far more powerful than I ever was in a lifetime.
"Hey , Tess do know what this means?" and I held my hand out, the ring shown brightly.
"Hell if I know, just look it up will you?" she said matter-of-factly.
And so I did , I thought I would just look it up saying , "Your a crazed lunatic , who has no life." I believed that I would find something pertaining to my thoughts on
this ring. Maybe my curiosity got the best of all of me. Just because it was free period , I was meant to finish my Algebra homework. When you had a prodigy friend
who aced just about every test Mrs. Greene gave us.
" TESSAMINE WILSON , COME HERE !" I screamed for her which was louder than I expected. Minutes later I heard a grunt the feet padding my way with my 7th sense.
" WHAT FOR GOD'S SAKES ?!" she said louder than me the first time.
" Will you finish up my algebra homework before , free periods over ?" I said solemly. She nodded , I'm guessing I'll get an novice score on my homework. When I act
that way she usually gives me the incorrect answers , maybe it is a downfall to being a writer and her being a math prodigy.
