Elizabeth POV:

It's been a month I've been staying with Ray. I've told him everything that's been going on since I was 5 to now. He offered to let me stay here until my mom comes back or even longer. He encouraged me to get the police on my dad. Our relationship so far has been good without any arguments.

My train of thoughts were interrupted by Ray tugging my waist and kissing my cheek. "Good morning babe" he croaked.

"Mhmmm morning" I got up from bed and did my hygiene routine. As I was combing my hair Ray entered and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Hurry up, we're going to iHoppppp" He whined. He attempted to kiss me but I blocked him. "What was that for?!"

"You didn't even brush your teeth and you come in here expecting a kiss. Not with that hot stank breath!"

"Preach! Sister Preach!" He yelled throwing his arms in the air.

"Your so dumb" I giggled and walked into the living room waiting for Ray to get down here.

We arrived at iHop and surprisingly the whole crew was here waiting on us.

"Heyyyyyyy Lizzzzzz!" They shouted. It felt good to see them because Ray and I agreed that I stay away from everyone to recover myself. It was the best thing to do right?

"CHRESSSS!" I ran up to him and hugged him. He kissed my forehead and said "welcome back butt face" I nudged him a bit and greeted everyone else.

"Hey Mikayla" I gave a smile and she simply returned a "hi". What was her problem?

We all ordered our food and ate our breakfasts. The whole time during our breakfast Jacob kept staring at me giving me flirtatious looks. I ignored but it got annoying to the point I yelled "what!" My cheeks felt hot.

"Oh sorry my fault"

We finished our breakfasts, said our goodbyes, and was going our separate ways.

I was walking to Ray's car, that he recently bought, when Jacob stopped me. " hey Liz, sorry if I was making you uncomfortable in there"

"It's fine Jacob I just got a little worked up that's all" I put a strand of hair behind my ear and started to walk back to Ray but Jacob pulled me again.

"Hey um, maybe we can hang sometime"

"Yah that'll be cool, see ya later" I gave him a friendly hug and left with Ray.

Jacob POV:

I took the bus and walked on home. I couldn't stop thinking about Elizabeth. She just brightens the mood every time I see her. Maybe now that we're hanging out I can charm her. It's just a matter of time before Ray messes up. I can feel it.

I got home and plopped on my bed. I cocked my head to the right to see Kiana standing infront of my closet with lust in her eyes.

I got up and walked over to her. "Kiana what are you doing here. Your not suppose t-" She shushed me and pushed me back onto the bed and ripped off her shirt.
