Chapter 1

"Jess! Canta is murping again!" Chloe yelled from the other room. Jess signed in exasperation. Canta's murping fits were an absolute nightmare.

When Jess walked into the room. Canta was sitting in her carriage in her human form, but five seconds later, she let out a violent burp which morphed her into her cantaloupe form. (A/N: get it? murping? morph-burping? aha. fruit baby humor)

"C'mon, Canta, what happens when you get one of these fits in public?" Jess said as she picked up her morphing baby and calmed her down so that she could stop burping.

"That's why you should stop feeding her chocolate milk. You know that's what causes her murps!" Chloe said as she returned to her human form. Canta was always amused by Chloe's banana form.

"But when she's crying cantaloupe juice, the chocolate milk is what cheers her up!" Jess retorted.

"Just call me so that I can morph, she's amused by that too."

"Well you're not always home are you?"

The fruity couple continued to bicker as their semi-fruit child thought to herself, "what the fuck just happened...", still not fully understanding how the hell she literally turns into a cantaloupe after drinking her favorite chocolate beverage.

Then suddenly, the telly phone rang. Jess went to get it and saw that it was their other fruity friend, Brenda, who she met on Tinder long before she met Chloe on Ok, Cupid. She was also a fruity fellow, but she couldn't morph, she just had a strange fetish for fruits. Jess, being young and foolish when she met her, decided to show her her true fruit form and it was a huge turn on for Brenda. And even after the break up, they remained friends and Brenda kept the secret of the fruit.
