Prologue

Derek and Lyla Thornton are both scientists with big plans and ideas. As newly weds the idea of a super genius generation became clear to them. It had not been attempted before due to lack of resources. They knew some fellow scientist and doctors, however, that were waiting for just this type of experiment to support and assist with. Ten couples were chosen for this experiment. Genes were important in the search as well as gender for an even variety of children. 2 of the couples had twins which was also predicted for a special type of program for this experiment. The end result was 7 girls and 7 boys, ages within months of each other, with the potential for bringing this genius generation to life.

The parents were present in their children's lives until the age of 3. Then they brought them to the undersea lab and stayed a couple weeks for the child to get used to their new surroundings and gradually left. Finally the experiment would be put in motion. On an international Skype interview Derek and Lyla explained what would happen with this program.

"The separation of the kids and parents will give the kids an early realization of independence, however, they have Lyla and me and each other to rely on otherwise." Derek states.

"The lab is set up like a Summer Camp dorm to promote bonds of friendship and a relaxed environment. The kids have everything they need here, but we have to teach them how to use those things on their own. It's a challenge Derek and I are willing to take." Lyla adds with a smile.

"As they grow up, we teach them about the world, their purpose and talents, and how to enhance their minds and personalities. Thus creating an environment of variety and coordination at the same time." Derek says.

The kids grow into teens with the experiment running smoothly until they start discovering things previously thought impossible
