The dream starts the same way every night...
I wake up in my bedroom, everything looks normal. The curtains hang low and the warm glow of morning sunshine peaks it's way through my window. The house is quiet, maybe a little too quiet. Out of the fear and curiosity of the silence I climbed out of my bed onto the cold wood floor and walked as silently as I could to the staircase. As I passed by Angel's room I saw she was still sleeping soundly and peacefully which relieved me. But I still had the curiosity of where my parents were. As I walked down the grand staircase I noticed the front door wide open. I walk outside to reveal noone is there and nothing has changed except for a small messenger bag that lays in the middle of the cobblestone drive. Upon further investigation I found that there was a key attached to the bag with the number 12 inscribed on the back. As i went to open the bag I see out of the corner of my eye , a crowd forming around my yard. "sweety , move away from there!" A small elderly woman yells to me. I turn around and see the roof of my house collapse into what would be mine and my sisters bed rooms. Of coarse I can't leave them inside! I run into the smoke filled house. Flames consumed the top floor but I had to find angel! I carelessly ran up the stairs to the top floor. Rubble was scattered across the floor and smoke intoxicated the air, my lungs were burning but I continued toward angels room. Repeatedly shouting her name hoping for a reply. As I reached what was left of her room I ducked and dodged the maze of ceiling and flames that now occupied the space. I checked in every place a small child like herself would hide but I found nothing. I was giving up hope until I heard the most horrifying scream I had ever heard. I immediately ran toward the scream only to find my mother holding on to my scorched baby sister. I yelled their names but their eyes were locked on another figure in the room. I couldn't make out who it was all I could see was the sillouete of what I thought was a man. It kept moving closer to my family. Although my lungs felt that they would explode I ran toward my mother and sister. The sillouete now changed its target toward me, as it came closer to me I saw my father but he wasn't normal. Half of his face distorted and his left arm was larger a and claw like nails were pertruding from his fingers. I slowly stepped backward away from him but he only gained speed toward me. I looked over for my mother but both her and my sister were consumed in flames. Fear came over me. I had no time to think, no time to cry the only thing I could do was run; and that's what I did. I ran as fast I possibly could. I constantly told myself not to look back. But of coarse with my curiosity I did. My father was gaining on me. But this was no longer my father, a large dark shadow was in his place. It kept coming closer and closer its speed was impeccable. "I just have to give up. I won't make it anyway." I thought. But while thinking a loud gun shot knocked me out of my trance and back into reality i turned toward the noise and to my surprise the beast was gone. A man stood in its place holding a gun. He looked at me and pointed. "There she is!" Several other men appeared and began chasing me.
