"Aria, don't you are not as strong as him, yet and you're wounded." Luke says over my shoulder. "I will finish this fight." I look into Luke's big blue eyes.

"Can you?" I ask Luke opens his mouth but closes it quickly. I smile trying to ignore the pain. I face Ben.

"Ari, come with me. I'll teach you." Ben says stretching out his arm. I look back at Luke.

"Aria, let's go." Luke grabs my hand. I shake it off and stand in the middle of both of my friends. Ben, is my best friend. But, he has darkness within him. Do I want that? And, Luke is my master. Older and wiser. But, Ben will never speak to me again. What do I do? My vision starts to blur as I run to Ben giving him a hug. I look up at Ben. He was smirking at Luke. Luke just stood there his stare unwavering at the 10 year old boy with the curly hair. I shook my head. After a while I let go and returned to Luke. Ben became red.

"What?!" Ben yelled.

"I choose Luke. Ben, I do not want to be engulfed by the darkness." I say as I grabbed Luke's big hand.

"I can't believe this." Ben said quietly. He looked hurt. His eyes were like a stab wound in my heart. I turn to Luke.

"Luke spare him." I beg.

"I can't." Luke replied with a fiery gaze.

"Please Luke. I can't lose my best friend yet. I promise I'll finish him when I am ready." I whisper. Luke started to think. It looked like he was making a hard decision. He nods. I smile and hug the man. Ben started to walk away with a broken heart.

"Ben!" I yell. He turns around.

"I will let him go. But, I never said he could go with us." Luke said looking at me. I could tell it was going against all his morals to not kill this child. I patted his arm and tried to forget what Ben had done to me. Forgiveness is very important.

"I know Luke." I say in a low voice. Ben was still staring at us with sadness. Like a lost puppy. "I love you, Benny." I yell as Luke and I started to head toward another city by the name of Blyria. I didn't look back. But I wanted to. I knew I would never see my home again. But Ben was another story.

Miles of seemingly endless walking led us to the city.

"What's next Luke?" I ask.

"For you, or for me?" He replies. I give him a look of confusion. "We have to go our separate ways."

"But, you said you would train me back at the base!" I say urgently.

"No, Ben did. I just told you to come with me. I didn't say anything of the sort."

"But, Luke."

"Aria. There is something wrong with me. I taught him something to make him lean toward his fate. I am the reason he is like this. I have to go. I can't ever train another soul again." He says sadly. "But, I want to give you two things."

"What?" I sniffle. Luke pulls out a metal case with a lock. I take it. "What is it?"

"It's a Light Saber. It's yours now. But, it will not open until it senses the force at its strongest point." Luke says. "It took a long time. to build this for one special padawan." Luke was crafty. I gave him a big hug and a smile.

"What else could there be?"

"This." Luke handed me the wooden case. The one his Light Saber has been in since I can remember.

"Your Saber?"

"Yes. I can't be a Jedi anymore."

"You can't just quit!" I yell.

"It's my decision." I frown knowing there is nothing I can do to change Luke's mind. He is the most stubborn man in the galaxy.

"Well. What now for me?" I ask.

"That is a very good question. There is a droid in this city. He is waiting on you. His name is C-3PO. He is an old friend. He will take you to a planet called Takodana. You will train there until you are ready to leave. Please give my Saber to the woman there. Her name is Maz another friend. I hate to do this. But, I have to leave you here. I'm sorry. I'll see you again Aria. I promise you that." That's when Luke walked out of my life. I was alone. And I was okay with it.
