Mitch's pov

I have no idea what to say.

Kirstie caught us, now she knows, so I just stand there and keep my head down. Please Scott, please tell her something, anything.

The silence grows, kirstie speaks up finally " guys? Earth to Scott, earth to Mitch? Hello? Why didn't you say anything?"

I look at her, ready to say something, but I am stricken by silence again. She was crying.

I walk forward and hug her, " kirst Im so sorry. We just didn't want to create any conflicts with the band. We thought it would be best not to say anything."

She looks up at me and suddenly she's very angry. "I CANT BELIEVE YOU GUYS DONT TRUST ME! WE HAVE BEEN A TEAM FOR YEARS! UGH!!"

"Kirstie please. We're sorry. Just calm down. Please." scott says at last.

Kirstie is a mess. I let her go but keep my hands on her arms, please kirstie dont tell the rest of the band, we need to keep this quiet right now, maybe sometime when things aren't so busy with everyone we can tell them.

She agreed to it and left. So now I was in the shower. I needed to cry. I needed a release, it was all so complicated.

Now I had started to toss around the idea of telling Scott about the incident. My mind was on a constant no, but on the verge of saying yes.

Everything was so complicated, ugh.

Scott knocked on the door. I stopped crying and tried to calm myself down, was i being to loud?

"Mitch? Hey are you okay in there? It sounds like you're crying. Is it kirstie?"

"No Im fine it must have been the shower you heard."

"Mitch that wasn't the shower, that was you crying. Im coming in."

Well shit. I wiped my eyes, which was pointless because one, I was in the shower and two, my eyes would be red anyways.

He opened the door which I had stupidly forgotten to lock and sat on the counter.

The curtain was closed so he couldn't see me and I couldn't see him, which was probably better.

"Mitch, talk to me."

I couldn't, that was the problem. "Nothing. Im fine I told you." my voice wavered. Thanks voice good going.

"Mitch you're so lying to me! Now spill! Or Im going to have to open that curtain."

It was almost tempting to just stay silent and see where that went. But I was a wreck and this was no time for sexual interaction. That's it. I can't take it anymore, I had to tell him, we've been dating for months and I can't take it anymore.

"Scott, I have to tell you something but I have to be talking to you face to face. So I'll get out after you leave and talk okay?"

There was silence for a moment then I heard him walk to the door and leave.
