hey guys! I think it's time I updated.
love, Jo.
My dad(Clinton Higgins) called me from his room. "Lucy!" "yes, dad!!" I answered. I ran upstairs to meet him and he sat me down. "Lu" he said. That was his nickname for me. I smiled. At least, we were getting somewhere. " I know moving has been hard for you, I promise, we will not be moving till you go to college. I realised that it has affected your childhood and that you felt ignored. It won't happen again. forgive me?" he said. I nodded my head vigorously and jumped up and down. At least I could finally have a social life. I thanked him and left his room.
I ran to my room to see my little brother Matt, going through my stuff. I glared at him and he ran out. I picked up my journal which my mum gave to me and scribbled down my plans for today.
go to school.
meet a cute boy maybe. just kidding.
study hard.
be invisible.
this was going to be a wonderful year. I sighed. I later came out of the bathroom about 10 minutes later. I walked over to my dressing table working with time. I packed my brown hair with golden highlights into a rough bun on top of my head and began running through my wardrobe. I might have been a nerd but, yeah! I was fashionable. I layer settled for a blue lacy crop top and a white high way skirt that just a little bit above my knees. I put on my black and silver snickers,my black cross bag and ran downstairs. I opened the fridge and took a chug of apple juice right from the bottle. a little habit I had. right that minute, I herd the bus. I quickly put on my glasses, grabbed my sweater and ran out. I entered the bus and sat down at the back. a girl beside me complemented my fashion sense. I smiled and nodded. she smiled back. this was going to be a good day, I thought.
that's all for now guys. will update later in the day. I'm late on some school work. please bear with me. don't stop commenting and liking.
love, Jo.xoxo
