As I pulled into my drive-way I seen someone sitting outside of my door.

"What the hell?" I said to myself.

As I got closer the face of this male became familiar.

"Jerome?" I gasped slamming on breaks.

Jerome was a guy I was deeply in love with but he didn't feel the same and wasted my time making promises I was dumb enough to believe. Since that relationship no guy has ever been able get into my head or in between my legs. My life is money and successfulness even though Tre gave me doubt's about the vow I made to myself.

I got out the car rolled my eyes and walked towards my front door.

"Who told you where I stay?" I asked unlocking my door.

"Well hello to you too." Jerome sarcastically said wearing a Jordan fit.

"Wassup." I asked standing in front of my door.

"Can I come in and talk to you?" He asked.

"Na. We good right here." I said with an attitude.

"Najai please." He said using my middle name. For some odd reason it got to me and I let him in.

"Wow." He said walking in my mini castle. I put my keys on the table and took off my heels. He sat on the couch looking around in amazement.

"Cold in here." I said to myself turning the temperature up a little with the remote that controlled how cold or warm it gets inside of the house.

"Still anemic I see." He said.

"Mhm." I said putting the remote down and sitting across from him on my other couch. "So wassup." I asked.

"Well I see since we have not talked you've made a pretty good name for yourself and successful like I told you to do. You bossed up." He started.

"Mhm." I hummed really not interested in anything this man had to say right now.

"Me'Lani I want another chance with you. I miss you and I love you. I'm sorry about my actions in the past and how things ended but we did end on a good note. I want to show you that I really love you if you give me a chance to." He pleaded.

"I don't care to listen to anything you have to say so can you leave please?" I asked.

"So you can look me in my eyes and tell me you don't still love me." He said.

"Get out." I told him not making eye contact.

"Tell me you don't love me. Look me in my eyes and tell me you don't love me Me'lani." He said kneeling down in front of me on his knees.

"Just go Jerome." I said as a tearing up.

"Aight. Just don't cry. I caused enough of that." He said wiping my tears.

"You really did some fucked up shit." I told him now calm but still angered. He then kissed me and all my old feelings came back in an instant and I gave in.

"I'm sorry..." He whispered. "For everything." He kissed my lips then I began to get hot and his tongue found its way inside my mouth.

"No." I told him pulling away.

"I cant and I'm not going there with you. I accept your apology but you gotta go." I demanded sternly this time.

"I'm not giving up on us." He said passionately kissing my lips then leaving. I closed my door and slid down onto the floor gently touching my lips.

What the fuck was that?
