chapter 1
today is a new day i will no longer be the girl who has lost her family and moved in with her uncle in a town she has only been to three times when she was very young. today is my first day of school and i am set to make at least one new friend i will no longer hide in the shadows and avoid the presence of other people. i wish i had my little sister Jessy here with me she could always make me feel braver. "Alexandria its break feast hurry up" "I'm coming uncle Vladamir" my uncle is Romanian as was my mother they have another sister but she moved to Japan when she married her husband and we hardly see her. my uncle is really normal the only weird things about him are his exept,the thing he can do with his ears, and that hes a teacher of the paranormal at a high school,the high school ill be going to nun the less! i walk down the stairs and into the kitchen. my uncle is at the stove cooking break feast "mmmmm smells delish" he laughed "thank you i made your favorite bacon,eggs, and coffee" i laugh and sit down on the kitchen stool. my uncle puts a plate full of bacon and eggs in front of me with coffee he sits in front of me. "so are you exited for school today?" "Vlad you don't have to have the first day of school talk with me ill be fine honest" he let out a shallow laugh "oh good i was close to calling grama" i laugh and finish up the rest of my coffee. i catch my uncle just starring at me at first i ignore it but then i cant help it "whats wrong your giving me that look" i said "what look?" he asked " the look you give me when you want to tell me something really badly but you cant decide how or when" he chuckles "you know me better than i thought. follow me and ill take you to your surprise" he said and started walking towards the garage. i follow him and there is a brand new black Nissan altima! i stare at the car open mouthed "is.. this for...me?" i ask slowly. i turn and look at him hes smiling "do you like your surprise?" he asked me. I'm all out of words all i do is nod and hug him there are tears in my eyes " thanks uncle Vladamir this means allot" " your welcome sweetheart I'm glad you like it. you should be heading of to school soon you don't want to be late for the first day of school" he said. we walk back inside and i got my backpack keys for my brand new car i thanked my uncle again and kissed him on the cheek goodbye. i checked myself out in the review mirror i had a black aeropostale shirt and skinny jeans with black ballet flats i had my hair down i had straitened it that morning my hair is very long it reaches my waist everyone always admired that and how fast my nails can grow. i glossed my lips with my strawberry Cosmo gloss and pressed the button for my garage to open then i set my GPS to locate my school then i was off.
