Moments after Ronnie got sick, he was so weak that he laid on the floor passed out.
But that didn't last long as he heard the door open.
"Ronnie?" It was Jacky
"Jacky? Jacky!" Ronnie called from the bathroom
Jacky ran in the direction of Ronnie's voice and was shocked to find Ronnie on the floor barely awake.
"What the hell happened to you?!" Jacky asked as he knelt to Ronnie's level
"I've gone f**king blind!" Ronnie cried as he tried to find Jacky
Jacky helped Ronnie up and said "Come on, you need to get out of here."
"What? But I just came home!" Ronnie protested
"But I insist." Jacky said
"What the f*ck?!" Ronnie asked
"I'm trying to help you." Jacky said
Ronnie groaned.
"Okay." He replied as he followed Jacky out of the bathroom but, because he had gone blind, he crashed into the wall
"Come on Ronnie!" Jacky said as he took Ronnie's hand
"Let go of my hand man! That's gay!" Ronnie complained as he was dragged out of the house
"And you're blind. Stop complaining!" Jacky said as he fought with Ronnie to get him in his car
"Where are we going anyway?" Ronnie asked
Jacky got into the car and said nothing.
"Oh. I see how it is." Ronnie replied "Because I'm complaining, now you refuse to talk to me?"
"Shut up Ronnie!" Jacky shouted "I'm taking you to the hospital to find out what's wrong with you!"
"But I was just there with Andy!" Ronnie said
"Who looked you over? Andy's doctor? That guy's a f**king quack! It explains why he lost his voice at the APMAs this year." Jacky said
"I didn't know." Ronnie said
"Don't worry man. I'll take you to my doctor. Thank goodness the man's related to your doctor." Jacky said
"Thanks man." Ronnie said
Later at the hospital, Ronnie was given an eye exam then, he was starting to feel sick.
"Ronnie, are you alright?" Jacky asked
"No. Pass the trash can...I'm gonna puke!" Ronnie said
Jacky picked up the trash can by the door then passed it to Ronnie who heaved into it.
"Better?" Jacky asked
Ronnie shook his head then, proceeded to heave into the trash.
As Ronnie began to feel better, Jacky's doctor walked into the exam room and saw him clearly exhausted.
"Hello Ronnie!" Jacky's doctor said "feeling better?"
"A little." Ronnie said
"You may feel a little less better when you hear this." Jacky's doctor said
"What's wrong doctor?" Ronnie asked
"You have the flu. But don't worry. Stay off your feet and get plenty of rest, drink plenty of fluids and you should be back to normal in a few weeks." Jacky's doctor said
"A few weeks?! What about my eyesight?!" Ronnie asked
"Oh yes. You are aware that you took a drug test?" Jacky's doctor asked
"Yeah." Ronnie said
"Well we found an experimental substance in your system and it looks like you're suffering a series of side effects." Jacky's doctor said
Ronnie blinked "Okay. What should I do?"
"You can stop taking the drug or wait for side effects to stop." Jacky's doctor said
"Okay." Ronnie said
