I don't know how it could have ended up like this! The Alley darkens as I run deeper and deeper into the heart and soul of it. I stop in horror as I realize I'm at a "Dead End". The car that was chasing me has finally caught up to me. Two figures got out of the car, guns pointed right at me. As soon as my tears were clear I recognized who they were. I fell to my knees in complete and total shock...

1 week Earlier

It was 11:30 a.m. I heard a banging noise on the front door that startled me. I got off my bed and went down stairs to open the door. I opened the door to two police officers.

"Hello, Ma'am" Said the tallest officer

"Good Morning, Sir" I said

"Ma'am I have some bad news"

I motioned for the officers to come into my house, I shut the door and sat down. The shortest officer began to speak.

"We have some bad news."

"What is it?" I asked

"You have a Boyfriend Correct?"

"Yes I do, is Andy Okay?"

The two officers looked at eachother and then back at me. The shortest officer spoke again.

"He's officially be declared Dead."

"What?" I screamed in horror

"Andy Hayes was in his house that burned down, and he was killed."

"Do you know who did it, or what started the fire??"

"We have a suspect." Said the officer

"Who?" I said trying to keep my voice calm

The two officers looked at eachother again with a look of confusion. The tallest officer spoke.

"Umm.. Ma'am I'm going to have to take you into custody. I have already got your parents consent to take you in."

I was shocked. The Officer began lifting me up from my seat and reading my rights.

"Ma'am you are under arrest. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you do or say can and will be held against you in the court of law." That was that I was being held accountable for my boyfriend's death.

When the officers sat me down in there police car I began to go into a stupor. My vision blurred and images began to race in my mind. By the time my stupor ended we were at the Surfside City Police Department. I walked in the police department head down. As the officers and I walked past the front desk the tallest officer said something to the woman that was there "D.B." When I finally got to my jail cell, I went straight to my nasty little bed. I rested on the bed and thought to myself "D.B" . Theres only one thing that popped in my mind "Dead Body" Those words kept replaying in my mind, like a skipping record. I fell into a deep sleep.
