Is this real or some fantasy? (NatPat fanfic)

Nate...(Mats POV)

 Black... All i can and must see is Black.
 I am tied up somewhere that's all i know.
 Footsteps creep up behind me and the person place their hands on my shoulders I jump of fear but my head is hung low.. My arms are being suffocated by ropes and they are slowly burning my skin creating bright red marks.A phone then gets put to my ear and a man speaks in a ghastly voice " Hello? Hello! Look i have no idea where you are or how you got there but what i can say is the man who has you don't trust him. But on the bright side if your alive your hearing this message. Okay ill leave you to it.. Goodbye.." 
Fear over comes me... Help.. Please!! I wanna go home...
 I try and scream but i cant my mouth has been covered with tape and a bandanna thing...  
The person lifts up my blind fold and its some bloke..
" Hello Matthew Patrick. " He says in a ghastly voice "I'm Nate. Nathan Smith. " I see him smirk
How does he know my name?! I'm so confused!! I cant say anyth- OW!!
He ripped the tape off my mouth with some force
" W-Where am i?! Tell me! NOW!" I shout. But he didn't say anything
" You don't trust me?" He says
I never said i didn't trust him... I asked where i was...
" Your at my house Matthew." He turns the light on as i close my eyes so i don't get blinded.
" Ill untie you now.. " He kneels down and undoes the knot of rope behind me
The rope just falls to my feet as i stand up, I see my arms have red marks on them that burn
" They look bad ill get some ice for them.." He says
" Okay thanks... Nate.. Also what the hell was that all about before?! " I ask
" Well.. I thought i would give you the special intro to my place.... But i took it to far" He says as he puts Ice on my arms, I wince in pain
" What tying me up... forcefully ripping tape off my mouth...  and making these marks? Bestest intro ever.." I say sarcastically
" Sorry about that... I was... trying not to make it hurt so to make less pain i did it quickly... "
" Its alright..."
" Welcome to my home BTW Mat! "
" Nice place huh? "
" I guess.. not much... Wanna do a collab? " he asks
I nod and the red marks disappear
