Revenge: The Love Story

Chapter 2

Reese's P.O.V.:

    We had been snuggling together for a while when i heard Raelynns soft murmuring. "i love you Cole, I think i'm in love with you." This shocked me and I surprised myself by picturing my name instead of Coles. Cole is a tan fit sexy guy with deep blue eyes and chocolaty brown hair like mine. Except my face was more defined and I'm taller. We both were considered fuckboys. I can see why Raelynn would go for him so I don't get why I feel jealous. her murmuring continued "i love you." i hesitated before kissing her forehead and lifting her up and setting her down on her bed. i layed down next to her and she flipped over facing me. her face was about 3 inches away from mine and her eyes fluttered open. "Get dark clothes on" she mumbled.

"what?' i question,

"get dark clothes on now!" she demanded. i got up and so did she, doing what she asked.

"now what?"I ask slipping on my black sweatshirt.

"we are meeting dustin, NOW!" she states and then mumbles something i couldnt hear.

"ok,ok."

We went outside and slunk around the bushes to dustin's house. and peered into his living room window which was cracked slightly. the light from the moon shown 2 figures having a conversation. it was dustin and his fiance, ashley. Raelynn stared at me, her bright blue eyes blazing and her long brown hair sparkling in the moonlight. we listened to the conversation but only heard bits. 

'yes she's dead'

 'no her sister won't bother us'

 'why did you do it tho? why did you make her do it for i am afraid and you will scare me enough to do it also ' a high female voice practically screamed. 

'that will not happen and we should go to bed we can talk this over coffee tomorrow at the creme brulee cafe.' dustin spoke up.

Raelynns flaming gaze met mine then faltered and looked away as we snuck back around to her house. her parents were on a business trip to hawaii and wouldn't be back for another couple of months. when we got inside she ran up to her room leaving me in the hallway. i walked up and knocked on her door which she had previously been slammed shut. i cracked it open to reveal a half naked raelynn on the floor with only a sports bra and shorts on.  She had changed out of her dark clothes quickly. 

i didn't really see what she was doing until i got closer to see that she had a knife in her hand and was flipping it around in her hands. with tears on her cheeks, she looked up at me, her beautiful blue eyes a dark shade of deathly blue. only then did i see that it was the knife her sister, Alexandra, used to kill herself.

i dropped to my knees and pulled her close and tried to take the knife but she held it tight. she sobbed into my chest and i heaved her up so we laid on the bed. she snuggled into me and i tried again to take the knife away from her. she relented and i took the knife.

"i wanted to do it Reese, i was going to , i just want to be with her" she sobbed.

"don't say that Rae, dont. " i warned her but still she sobbed more violently
as i tried to calm her until she fell asleep in my arms.
