I woke up before her again. she was asleep with her head on my chest. I smiled to myself and got up to look around. I found her diary. May 21 2013. that was the day we met. I smiled. I knew I shouldn't read it but I did anyway.

may,21,2013- 3:43am

dear diary,

Today I'm moving to LA! I'm so excited. I'm also very tired. hmmmm.

7:25pm

I just met someone. omg. his named Joey Graceffa. he's cute<3 he has the greenest eyes EVER. He's funny and nice and cute. like OMFG cute. like FRIEKING Dan Howell cute. yah I went there. and guess what!? he's a YouTuber too:D well BYE!:)

I closed her diary and smiled like an idiot. I put her diary back and woke Shelby up. "Shelby? wake up" i said. her eyes opened and she smiled when she saw me. "do you feel better?" i asked her. "yah" she said. she sat up. "thanks for takin care of me" she said. "no problem." I replied. "thanks for staying with me too" she thanked me. "that's what Bestfriends are for." I said. she smiled real big. "lets go to the beach" I said. "okay!" she replied excitedly, "I'll be ready in 25 min." she said pushing me out the door. I walked into my apartment and took a quick shower brushed my teeth and packed everything and got dressed in 20min. I had 5min left I sat on my couch and she texted me saying she would be ready in another 5 min.

should I ask her out today? yes. no. ugh I'm bad at this kinda stuff. I decided to text Luke for his opinion.

me: hey dude. should I ask out this girl I like.? I've known her a week and we have a lot in common and I REALLY like her.

Luke: Idk are you guys good friends?

me: bestriends.

Luke: does she like you?

me: i think so.

Luke: does she know you like her.?

me: she has no idea

Luke: then yah.

me: Kay then. gotta go.

Luke: bye.

about a minute later Shelby knocked on my door. "hay gurl" i said. "hey" she said. "ready?" i asked. "yah!!" she replied happily. then we walked out of the apartment and I was really tempted to hold her hand. we got to my car and by then I was already nervous that she would say no. or that she changed her mind about me. or that she liked someone else. I need help.
