The next morning, after Morgan had made breakfast for the girls and Yannel - as a thank you for letting them stay - the rest of the gang arrived over, after Yannel had left them all a text last night to let them know what had happened. Luckily for all of them, they didn't have any school today, as the weather had turned bad, and had caused the power to go out at the street leading up to the school, and at the moment, they had no extra back-up generator to allow the power to keep running. Even though the city had a hydro electric power station at the edge of the city since the earthquake hit when Rose had just been born.

Once the gang had arrived at Yannel's, everyone started to plan what they were going to do to help find Michelle and the children, and where exactly they were going to look, as they had no clue as to where exactly they had gone. However, there was one person who had an idea where they had gone, due to talking to the spirits in the night, that she was able to see, that she hadn't told her brother and sister about. Miss Michelle was apparently being held prisoner at the Mayor's Office, as he was demanding rent and pay from Miss Michelle for the building the used for the orphanage in Sanata, but she didn't have the money to pay for it. However, Rose didn't know where the children were being held, so she was going to have to get Miss Michelle first, and hope that she knew were the children had been sent.
"Rose?" Morgan questioned her, as she had been staring off into nothing, while everyone said where they were going to look before they spilt.
"Huh?" She blinked, before looking over to him. "Yeah?"
"Are you okay? You were staring off into space."
"Yeah, I'm fine." She smiled softly, as she picked up her helmet and headed out to look. "We need to find Miss Michelle and the children. I'm going to look around the streets of the Mayor's Office." She placed down her skateboard and road off, as the others started to head out as well, hoping to find out where Michelle was, not knowing that they were all heading in the wrong direction - except for Rose.

******************************

After hours of searching, they had all met back up at Yannel's home, but all with no news on where Michelle and the children where. However, not all of them had returned back to Yannel's, yet. Rose, Jynx and Morgan where still out searching, as they didn't want to leave without finding any information on either Michelle or the children's whereabouts. However, once the streets grew eerie and dark, the three of them made there way back to Yannel's.

When everyone had finally gathered back at Yannel's - including the three siblings - they started relaying any and all information they had received and that's when Rose thought it best to inform them of Michelle's location - that she had known from a spirit called Vandera. However, she wasn't going to tell them where she got the information from, unless she wanted to reveal her secret to her brother and sister, so she was going to have to make something up - which she did.
"Some old man told me that he had seen Mayor Renson's bodyguards taking a female in handcuffs up to his office. The old man also told me - after I informed him of Michelle's description - that it was indeed Miss Michelle." Rose smiled happily, glad that everyone appeared to have bought the lie about being told about Michelle's location by an old man - almost everyone.
"Why did they take her?" Morgan asked, as he was slightly suspicious as to what Rose had just told them. "I mean, Michelle is the most gentle person we know."
"Something to do with money." She shrugged, hoping to convince her brother she was telling the truth - for the most part anyway.
"It makes sense. I mean, Mayor Renson is in charge of both Dorenzoland and Sanata, so if it is money related, then what is he wanting money from Michelle for?" Yannel stated, as he went back to tinkering with an engine he was working on.
"The orphanage!" Jynx shouted, as it didn't take a genius to figure out that if the Mayor was wanting money from Michelle for anything, that it would be for the building that she was using for the orphanage.

******************************

After Jynx had shockingly figured out why the Mayor would take Michelle and the children prisoner, the group of friends came up with a plan to help get Michelle out of trouble, but the downside was that they wouldn't be able to help her for a year at least. However, instead of Morgan and the two girls staying with Yannel for the year, they headed back to the orphanage to stay, and make sure that Mayor Renson wouldn't try to destroy it. It was their home and they were going to protect it with their lives.

******************************

As the year slowly passed, the group had raised enough money for Michelle to buy the building the orphanage was held in, and allow her to escape from the clutches of Mayor Renson. However, they were more concerned for Michelle's welfare, as they had no idea as to how Mayor Renson had been treating her and the children. For all they know, the children could've been subjected to abuse from him, or even Miss Michelle being abused.

However, there was one upside to this year and that was that Rose was finally getting her motorbike licence, along with able to finally get her own customised motorbike. Although, Rose didn't know that the motorbike she was getting, was going to be custom made by Yannel, Jason and Calum, while Kameron located all the necessary parts for them. It was going to be a surprise for her for her Christmas, but first there was one more thing they had to do before they could surprise Rose, and that was that they had to go to the Mayor's Office and get Michelle and the children back.

Before Yannel, Jason and Calum had even started on the bike, they had all previously arranged to meet at Calum's place to confirm what they were going to do about Michelle and the children. Calum had been in charge of looking after the money - as besides Morgan - he was the most responsible with money, so he had been looking after it until they had gotten the required amount of money to let Michelle buy the orphanage building. Once everyone had arrived at Calum's, there was one last thing they needed to arrange, and that was a back-up plan, in case just giving him the money didn't allow Michelle and the children to be freed from his grasp.

The group spent nearly two hours at Calum's, trying to figure out the perfect plan, and had finally decided that it would be Rose, Jynx and their new friend Tristan trying to locate where Michelle and the children were being held, so that they could free them, while Morgan, Calum and Yannel where within the building, distracting Mayor Renson while the others just waited outside with the bike, ready to leave when needed. Once everyone knew what their jobs where, they went and got onto their motorbikes - or skateboards for those under age - to head over Densana Bridge and into Dorenzoland City. Now was the time to free Michelle and the children.

Within fifteen minutes of entering Dorenzoland, they were in front of the Mayor's Office, and their plan was now in motion. However, the children were in risk here, as if they were caught freeing Michelle and the children, they could end up in prison temporarily, and that wasn't a good place to end up. Morgan, Yannel and Calum had headed into the building with the money to give to Mayor Renson, in return for the safe release of Michelle and the children. However, before they split up, Morgan had told Rose that if she hadn't heard from him within twenty minutes, that they were to go ahead with the back-up plan and free Michelle and the children themselves.

As Morgan headed up to Renson's Office, which was situated way up at the top of the building, Rose had started to get the children free from their cells, while Jynx kept a look out and Tristan was telling the children where to go, as they weren't risking the first plan working. Rose had had a strange feeling that Renson would keep them locked up no matter what, so she took matters into her own hands - with help of course. However, as they had nearly finished freeing the children the spirit that had told Rose where Michelle was, appeared and warned her that people where coming to check up on the prisoners. They still had to free Michelle and escape. The only way they would manage that would require Rose letting her sister and their new friend know about the spirit she sees. It was decision time for Rose, either keep her secret and risk getting caught, or reveal her secret and escape with Michelle. Time was running out.
