Chapter 2 (Edited)

Sakura sighed in contentment. She needed to do this. She has to. Even better she'll be leaving in two days. Hopefully, she'd miss the wedding too, Sakura made her way to her best friend's, with a bag of food in her hand she began to think of two people to take with her. The sound of the bell rang as she entered the florist shop.

"Hey, pig!"  Sakura called out, a platinum blonde in a purple apron stood behind the counter arranging a set of flowers in a vase "Hey, forehead." she replied sadly, her eyes seemed tired and she sighed. Sakura eyed her best friend "What's wrong?" Sakura asked as she left her bag on the counter.

"Nothing. It's been very peaceful these days, with few missions, and I'm currently fighting with Shikamaru." Ino sighed again as she picked up the vase and put it on one of the display tables, she made her way back to the counter and slammed her head against it. Sakura bit back a laugh and she stroked her friend's head "Hey everything will work out no problem." Sakura comforted her friend, Ino took a deep breath before exhaling  a cry "I want to get out of here." 

Sakura bit her bottom lip and then grabbed onto her friends hair to look at her face "Um, do you want to go on a mission with me?" She asks, the blonde quickly looks to her, hair still in Sakura's hands "You got a mission?" "Yeah, it's a  Can I come please please please" Ino asks jumping up and down, Sakura was a bit excited but she didn't want her to get hurt.

"I can't" "What why not?" Ino whined "Well it's a very big mission and it's on Sasuke's big day and also dangerous and might take about two years."

Sakura said trying to catch her breath "T-Two years?" Ino's eyes lit wide open "And that's why I  can't let you come with me. It's very dangerous and it's gonna cost my life" Sakura said putting a fake smile on her face.

"I have to go I need to get ready" Sakura said as she go her bag off the counter and turned to leave but a hand grabbed her. "I'll go" "Wait what no I-" "Sakura I'm coming with you." Ino said gripping her hand tighter.

"Are you sure?" Sakura asks looking at her friend, she looked up smiling "Positive billboard" "Shut up pig" Sakura said and hugged her.

"Thanks" Sakura said hugging her friend "No probs" "I want in too." a voice made the girls jumped. They turned to see who was standing in the front door "Hinata?" they questioned at the same time.

Sakura walked home tired and happy, she's got two close friends that'll go with her she stopped and realised she was crying.

"What the hell why am I crying?" she wiped her tears away but the tears were getting worse, "Sakura?" Sakura turned hearing that someone called out her name sitting on top of a tree was Sasuke.

Sakura felt her feelings pushing on the edge, she turned away wiping her tears again.

"Hey. Um what are you doing up there?" she asks, no reply from him he looked up staring at the dark sky, it was a quite warm evening.

"Hmm no stars tonight." he said in that monotone voice of his, "Yeah." Sakura replied before he said anything else she build her courage to say three words one last time.

"I love you Sasuke." or maybe four he looked down at her and tilted his head.

"Sakura. I know that you'll always love me but I won't feel the same way" he said turning his head (he's lying) Sakura nodded understanding everything he said.

But there was a huge  hole in her heart that she just wanted to fill. She has everything she needed, but the one thing she wanted the most, was him?

"Yeah I knew you'd say that. Goodnight." she bowed and left him and when she did so when, he got down and punched the tree it made a loud creak and a split was cracked through.

"Damn it!" he clenched his jaws and turned seeing a girl about 5 with dark blue hair, standing there.

"Do you like her mister?" she asks him he looked at her and turned "Yeah."
