I caught up with Carter after school, he walks fast. Dang it. "Carter wait up!" He turned around briskly.
"What Amy?"
"Um are you okay? You seem a bit off ya know?" I blushed, he's so intimidating.
"I'm okay. Just having a bad day."
"Oh.. Well I hope it gets better." With that I walked towards the buses.
"Amy!" I turned around.
"Yeah? Carter?"
"Have you seen Adrianna?" My smile faltered. No I haven't actually.
"Yeah" I smiled "she went home."

Getting wasted in school is a lot harder than you think. First off teachers, everywhere. Second the students. They're little fuckers. I didn't finish my beer not only because of the teachers and students but because I'm not home and one can of beer isn't worth getting arrested on campus/ suspended/expelled. Even though school is over, I still plan on avoiding everyone. After lunch I stalked down the empty hallways and roamed empty classrooms then went to the bathroom, well tried there was a girl crying outside the bathroom blocking the door. I didn't want to be rude or intrude so I walked away silently. That mystery boy is gone forever. Thinking back on Carter's words made me realize I'm a lonely girl searching for something, Love? Adventure? I have no clue but those words still ring in my ear "jealous of what? A lovestruck girl and a disappearing boy?" "-the girl chasing a boy that doesn't want to be found." I'll admit I like the chase, sometimes. I'm so hung up on Noah because he'll never be mine, I know that. But I can't stop, the guy I met, mystery boy I've been searching for him, the chase.
"You're so creepy" I sung aloud with one ear bud in.
"Excuse me?" The girl and boy to my right stared.
"What?" I made a face "is my eyelid droopy?"
"You said 'you're so creepy' so.." Said the boy.
"Creepy girls you're just my style" I sang.
"So I have a chance to date you?!" The girl squealed and latched onto my arm. UH What? The guy stared at us.
"Uh what? Who are you?" Someone get her off.
"Connie!" Oh great, creepy Connie. I looked towards the guy is he not going to grab his girlfriend??
"Yo man, get your girl" he laughed. Great.
"She's not my "girl" honestly" Great.
"Stick a needle in my eye so I can finally cry"
"So I can finally cry, tear me limb from limb I'm just a voodoo doll" he quoted/sung.
"I officially like you kid. But seriously get her off, I'm halfway home and she's like a leech. No offense Connie."
"None taken. I love you Adrianna-wana."
"WHAT THE FUCK." I said aloud, so loud an old woman scolded me from across the street.
"I'm Devin and she's my cousin." He half smiled.
Creepy Connie hugged my waist tightly. Now I'm with you on the whole 'just push her off' and 'hit her' but I can't, mostly because this girl has to be fourteen or fifteen, I refuse to punch this creepy girl. Okay maybe I'm being mean by calling her creepy, since I know her name. After nearly twenty horrid minutes we finally got her off, I hate tuesdays. Devin apologized afterwards and dragged her away. I'm honestly annoyed by the fact that this just happened. I have two options when I get home, A- eat something, sleep and be late for work or B- sleep and not eat anything so I'll be on time. Tough. Why did she have to- to be so creepy!? I wasted precious time and now I have 20 minutes for a nap because my shift starts soon.

I walked into the diner cranky and hungry. Hangry. I skipped lunch and didn't even eat last night! Why? Because of all my stupid homework and I dozed off sometime after work around 11pm.
"Becky!" Becky shouted.
"Becks stop calling yourself" I sighed completely exhausted.
"Whoa Ade, you look like shit. What happened?" Gee thanks. "Liam!" She called out.
"Becky stop shouting, people are staring" I whispered angrily, she rolled her eyes and Liam walked towards us.
"What Becky" he rolled his eyes. Then turned to me, probably for an explanation as to why our coworker is shouting for him. "Holy crap Ade what happened? You look awful."
"Geez, rub it in my face why don't you. Go on Liam, Becky, got anymore shit to say to me? Say it you fuckin assholes." They pulled me into the back room.
"What's wrong? You're never this angry." Liam sighed while Becky stared intensely.
"Just a rough day" which is true.
"Emma" Becky pressed.
"I had a rough day Alright? Some creepy girl latched onto me like a leech and it took a while to get her off. Also my friend was being a bitch, I don't know what crawled up his ass and the guy I'm completely head-over-heels for loves someone else!" I huffed, I know my face is red. "On top of it all I really need these feelings to STOP."
"I know it seems like it's impossible, just to stop it all" Liam sung softly.
"And if you think I'm a mistake, just break it off it" Becky looked so confused as to what Liam and I were singing but I knew exactly what song it was. Obviously.
"This downward spiral's going viral" he added.
"In the Colosseum people screamin 'off with her head'" ... "You listen to Ghost Town?"
"Hell yeah, who doesn't? I mean, besides Becky." He grinned.
"Liam, Adrianna and I are going to take the day off. Kelly and John will be here soon." Becky said sassily.
"Where are you guys going?"
"To a party." She said & dragged me out of the diner.
