Ezra's POV
The idea just came to me. It was a good plan at the time.
"Don't think I am crazy, okay," I told the Seventh Sister, who was currently fighting off troopers.
"Why would I think you are crazy, or more than you are?" She asked.
Then, I jumped. I jumped off the bridge.
Now, don't think I am crazy. I had a plan. There was another bridge that was unoccupied right below the bridge we were on, so I escaped onto that.
(A/N I am looking at you, everyone who said Ezra was crazy.)
I saw the Seventh Sister look down at me. She smirked once she saw what I did. She disengaged her saber and jumped down to stand next to me.
As we ran out of the reactor room, the troopers were trying to fire after us.
"Did you sabotage it?" The Seventh Sister asked.
"Yeah, and I managed to hack into the system and get the information we needed," I told her.
"Wonderful. Did you find the location of The Fifth Brother?" Seventh Sister asked.
"Yes," I said. "He isn't on the ship."
It was true. As I was looking through information, it showed the Fifth Brother had left this ship and went somewhere else.
"No wonder he wasn't trying to stop us," the Seventh Sister growled. "I should have known he would do something like this!"

Somehow, we both made it back to the ship alive. We had gone through many squads of troopers on our way here.
"Entering hyperspace," the Seventh Sister said triumphantly.
"The reactor has blown," I said."Do you still have the information?"
I handed the datacard to her. "Too bad we only managed to fulfill part of our plan," I said.
"We did the important part. We can look through this information to see communication logs. That way, we can prove you haven't been in contact with the Empire, and I haven't made or received any calls from the Rebellion," the Seventh Sister explained.
"I will go look through it," I said, taking the card from her grasp.
"And do it quick. I set the ship to head to Lothal so we can contact your crew."
《~》
I sat in the ship's common room, looking through the card's communication logs. I had managed to receive a majority of the Empires call records. As I flipped through the records, I heard the Seventh Sister come into the room.
"Found anything yet?" Seventh Sister asked.
"I found the communication logs. I am going through them now to make sure no one set up any fake calls," I explained.
"Wonderful. The ship still has a way to go until Lothal."
"Okay."
The Seventh Sister was about to leave the room, but something stopped her. She turned to me as I continued looking.
"You know, when this is figured out, we will still be enemies," the Seventh Sister said.
I stopped my searching and looked at the inquisitor. "I know. This is to affect nothing. You are an inquisitor, I am a padawan."
"I don't want the Rebellion or the Empire knowing we worked together. I know we both have records to keep clean."
"But there will be questions."
"What do you mean?"
"The Rebellion will want to know how I did all of this on my own, and I am pretty sure the Empire will wonder the same thing."
"We will both have to come up with convincing lies, then."
The Seventh Sister left me alone to do my work. I sighed, wondering how someone could be so stubborn.
