"He is dead," the snake tailed creature says to the shadows, watching the last bit of life escape from the human. "Come on. We must get back to his Lordship." The snake-like creature turns around and heads for the door, followed by the newly formed mini-versions of him. They reach the doorway when a bright flash of white light illuminates their backs. Each one of them turns around to see the Riakuit fl in a pillar of white light. unable to move from their positions, because of the pure and utter terror that the newly awakened Riakuit has bestowed upon them, they watch as their master's greatest threat come back to life.

I open my eyes to find my body floating in a pillar of light. It seems to take the shock of dying and the pain from my wounds away, and fills them with peace and serenity. I take a deep breath in, and find out that air not only has a taste, and a good one at that, but it also has a rejuvenating effect, especially after not having it for a few minutes. I stay there, suspended in air for a minute, when I feel a terrible pain. It doesn't really hurt, but it takes my breath ways all the same.
My body starts to change. It first begins to grow larger. My limbs elongate and my body grows to match their size perfectly, so that I look like a seven foot tall human. I can see myself as my skin goes pitch black. My clothes change from my school uniform to something completely different. My shirt and tie change to a slightly oversized, sleeveless white vest., leaving my chest bare. A white scarf wraps around my neck, covering up my mouth. My blue pants turn white and my shoes are replaced by white sandals that halfway up my shins. My black hair gets spikier than normal and turns the same color as my clothing, changing everything from the roots out. My eyes open, revealing that they've gone from blue to silver.
The change seems to be over and I wait for something else to happen. My wait is soon answered by two bumps that start to grow on my back. They get bigger and I begin to feel both of them growing. They spread out, stretch, and two blindingly white feathered wings meet my gaze. The wingspan, easily more than twice my current height, nearly reaches both sides of the warehouse. The light fades away and my new body lands on the cement floor of the building.
I stretch my new muscles, feeling the strength of both the wings and my arms. I quickly get accustomed to the body. I open my eyes, meeting the gaze of my killer and his lackeys at the entrance. I speak in a voice much deeper and older than mine.
"Daexon Lord. In killing the conduit of the Angelic Realm and Demonic Realm, you have sentenced yourself to Purification. i, the last remaining Riakuit, will not stand by while you kill innocent beings to pursue the wishes of your leader."
The snake creature, the "Daexon Lord" thing, visibly shakes. He seems completely overwhelmed by fear. Wasn't he just laughing hysterically at killing me not ten minutes ago?
"Just sit back and enjoy the show. I'll take care of this." I hear the voice come through my thoughts.
"Who the crap is this?!" I ask in myself.
"Now is not the time. I will explain everything after this, but for now, just leave this to me." He replies. I can't control my body any more. A sense of weightlessness overwhelms me and I see everything from outside of my body.
I start walking forward . . .
"Get him, you fools!" The Lord yells in his deep voice. All of the stone-snake monsters attack me, or rather it, at once. They pin it down and start hitting my body with their stone arms. They completely cover my angel-like body to the point where I can't see myself, or it, anymore. I sit there, or float there, if you want to get technical about it, when I hear a voice coming from the mass of stone and scales.
"Esten Aergon Psyote Gaerzone!" The voice yells, but it isn't my voice. It's the voice that was in my head a few seconds ago.
All of the monsters are instantly pushed off, each one of their bodies full of the white feathers from the wings. They all slowly start to evaporate in white steam. When they're completely gone, they leave only the feathers that had pierced them behind. i turn my head and look for the Daexon Lord, only to see that he isn't there anymore. My wings start flapping, lifting me into the air, and break straight through the roof of the warehouse. I soar higher and higher until I can see the Whole city with my own eyes.
My eyes close, I hear a few sounds come from my lips, but I don't recognize the language. When my eyes open the whole city is shaded in white and black. It looks so clean, surprisingly. However, my eyes are focused on a wispy, golden trail that snakes across the docks and into the residential area of the city. The wings are tucked down and my body plunges down after the trail.
"What the crap are you doing?! We're gonna die, we're gonna die, we're gonna die!!" I yell at the guy who's controlling my body.
"Just relax. I know what I'm doing," he says aloud with my mouth.
Just as we're about to become the world's first angle pancake on the road, he stretches out the wings and we speed along the road following the golden trail. We dodge cars and trucks, twisting and turning until we finally catch up to the end of the trail. It's taken us to a dead end alleyway. I blink and my vision returns to normal. The shadows at the end of the ally begin to move and morph into the bulky figure of the Daexon Lord.
"You are foolish to challenge me to a fight. You will surely fail and die by my hands," the Lord says as he cracks his knuckles. He moves forward, pulls back his fist to punch me and. . . attacks us with his tail. We barely dodge fast enough, flap our wings towards him and pin him with fifty different feathers. The light increases in intensity until the light becomes too bright to look at. With a final flash of light, the Daexon Lord disappears, leaving fifty white feathers on the ground where he was.
"Well, that was anti-climatic." I think to myself.
"They're a lot easier to defeat than they look," the guy replies, his voice changing to something more human. "Anyway, it's time you gained control of your body." The white light that transformed me earlier appears again, giving me my body back. My skin returns to its normal shade, my hair turns to its original color, my school uniform replaces the white clothes I was wearing only two seconds ago, and the blue returns to my eyes.
"So tired." I moan. I close my eyes and faint in the alley.
