3rd person POV
"Memida, open this door." Midorima pushed up his glasses.
Slowly the big green door opened and Memida poked her head out of the room. Midorima blushed seeing her once more but coughed to cover up his red face.
"Oh, it's just you nanodayo." Memida turned around and went to grab her comb.
She was getting ready to go to sleep, and her braids were undone. Her black framed glasses were on top of her dresser, so her face no glasses on whatsoever.
"Can you see nanodayo?" Midorima asked.
Memida turned her head towards the voice, "N-Not that it will affect what I say." Midorima turned away flustered.
"I can't see nanodayo, but I'm not stupid enough to run into a wall 'dayo. I can see your green hair faintly." Memida ruffled Midorima's hair.
Midorima blushed dark red, "Your hair is soft nanodayo." Memida spoke quietly.
"What?" Midorima asked.
"N-NOTHING NANODAYO!" Memida took her hand away and blushed.
Midorima took a hold of Memida's long green hair and tied it in a high bun. Memida nervously stood still, "M-Midorima?" Memida blushed.
"There... Nanodayo." Midorima put the finishing touch by putting her glasses.
Before Memida's eyes could focus, Midorima moved closer and pressed her face against his chest. Giving Memida a hug, Midorima leaned down slightly next to her ear.
"I...M-Mis-" Midorima sighed. As much as he wanted to say three words...
He couldn't.
"Midorima... Wha-" Memida was cut off by her furious blush.
' I missed you nanodayo. '
Midorima held Memida tighter, so she couldn't get out of his grasp. Afraid that she would leave, he held her closer.
And it's totally not because he wanted to hide his blush... Uh.
"Let go 'dayo!" Memida placed her palms on his muscular chest and pushed.
"N-Not yet." Midorima whispered.
Memida pulled off the tie that held the bun and threw it across the room. Midorima looked towards that direction, As a chance...
Memida pushed him aside, she went to sit on her bed. She laid down with her back down, "Midorima, I'm severing all ties between us. Don't see me as your girlfriend, nor friend nanodayo." She spat coldly.
"I-I... C-Can't do that... Nanodayo." Midorima spoke silently.
Forget carrot, Midorima looked like a tomato. Memida leaned closer, "What?" She asked.
"I CANT DO THAT!" Midorima yelled, but he turned around to push up his glasses.
' I... Yelled it out nanodayo. ' Midorima let his bangs cover his green eyes. He felt embarrassed and ashamed for yelling at a girl.
Memida on the other hand, was flustered and slightly hopeful. Memida lightly smacked her cheeks with both of her hands.
' No nanodayo! He lied, Oba Asa said today is a bad day to- ' Memida stopped.
She didn't.
She wasn't able to listen to the horoscope for today. Midorima heard the bed squeak, and turned around. What he saw, shocked him.
Memida paused at his gaze. She sat back down on the bed and threw a pillow at Midorima's face. The basketball player easily caught the pillow although Memida wanted it to hit.
After a sigh, Memida plugged her phone to a speaker and faced Midorima. She played the horoscope from this morning...
' Today, Sagittarius rank is number one and Cancer is last. Stay low, and avoid confessing or accepting. This isn't your day. '
"And... That's how it is nanodayo." Memida didn't make eye contact.
Midorima hesitated, "But still..." He wavered.
Memida stood up, "I'll see you tomorrow at school nanodayo." She slightly pushed Midorima towards the door.
Midorima grabbed her wrists and trapped her on the bed, ' W-What am I doing nanodayo?! Oba-Asa said... She said that today is bad, but I need Memida to lo- STOP! ' Midorima clenched his hands.
"Midorima, my wrists are getting red 'dayo." Memida didn't make eye contact.
"Just listen nanodayo..." Midorima hesitated.
"I... Lo-Lo-Love you!! I always have, always will nano...dayo." Midorima yelled out the first sentence and got quieter after ever sentence.
"Wha-Wha-What am I-I su-supposed to do with that?!" Memida's face turned redder than Akashi's hair.
"Nothing!" Midorima blushed as well.
Midorima let go of her wrists, "Oba-Asa, totally said the wrong horoscope nanodayo. She's never wrong but today she is..." He mumbled to himself.
"Midorima. I'm sorry, I can't ac-" Memida was cut off by someone's warm lips against her own.
Already red, Midorima was about to explode. He didn't know what he was doing, but he knew that he wanted her to forgive him.
"For today... Just forget about Oba-Asa nanodayo. I-I... Don't want you... To h-hate me." Midorima looked straight at Memida.
"I love you and always will! Oba-Asa won't get in my way nanodayo! Memida... Daisuki, 'dayo." Midorima finally spoke bluntly.
Memida's face exploded in heat and she laid down on the bed. Weakly, she laughed.
"Midorima, you're so-so-someone to lo-love!" Memida spoke flushed.
Memida put her glasses back where they were before this confession and went to sleep. But before she lost consciousness, warmth was stable at her waist.
