Are 20% cooler than typewriters because:
#1: Hot cocoa beats lack of backspace
#2: Typewriters were invented much later, and have already been superseded by computers
#3: With kettles you can make some very nice sayings like "Merry Kettlemas", which sounds a lot nicer than "Merry Typewritermas", which just sounds like a typewriter trying to match a kettle and failing.
#4: A kettles "Wheee!" is very nice, and can be melodised or removed, but a typewriters "clickclackclickclackclickclackDINGclickclackclickclackclickclackDING" can become very annoying and is immovable.
#5: Kettles were the first to make a website. Typewriters copied them.
