Mal POV
I didn't say anything to Ben after what happen with Audrey I don't think he really notice but I was wrong in the carriage back to my dorm he ask "what is the matter you haven't talk to me all night did I do something wrong ? "No you didn't do anything I just feel sick that's all " then the carriage pulled up to the dorms and I quickly got off without saying a word.
Next day at school
Ben POV
I was putting some books into my locker still thinking about last night with Mal she was acting pretty strange ever since she went to the bathroom she didn't talk to me she seemed like she saw a ghost but I knew something was wrong because she ignored the strawberries !!!! *ring ring ring * I walked to my first class which I happily have Mal so I could ask her about last night.
In class
As I entered class I scanned the class for Mal but she never appeared "may I please be excused" I asked Mrs. Sanders "of course you may " as I heard those words I flew out of the class and to my locker I texted Mal
Ben: where are you at ?
Mal : in my dorm why
Ben : you do realize we had school right
Mal :yay I know
Ben : so why are you not here ?
Mal : because I don't want to show my face ..... I mean I'm sick *cough cough*
Ben: what do you mean you ......... know what I'm coming over
Mal : no don't come I mean it
Mal: Ben ? Ben ? Your coming aren't you ?
Ben: yup I said it was king business ☺️
