The room was at a stand still. Silence consumed us. I didn't want this. It's always quiet being a spirit. I was looking forward to the guys knowing, because it would take away that quiet. Now my hopes have been crushed. I stand here with my friends staring at me like a circus freak.

"Can someone please explain what's going on?" Balz asked, speaking ever so delicately.

He was in shock, just like Vinny. This is why handling it on a one-by-one basis worked so much better. I looked to the ground and my hands in hopes that someone else would speak.

Through a rasp, Chris said, "Ricky's a ghost. That's all there is to understand."

He stared blankly, numbly saying, "You knew about this?"

"Devin knew right after the funeral. I found out a few days ago, and Ryan found out last night. We were waiting for the right moment to tell you guys." He replied.

Speaking of Devin, he had been stewing in the corner the whole time. He was upset about something. After he had time to decide just how upset he was, he got up and started to walk out of the room.

"Devin! Wait!" I called after him, but he kept going. I looked to the others, "I'm attached to him. If I get too far from him, everything starts to go... White." I gasped, seeing the lack of color quickly moving in.

As much as I wanted to stay and talk to the others, I had to follow Devin. I haven't stayed around long enough when the white starts to come, to know what happens if it fully consumes me. Though I don't know, I feel as if it wouldn't be good. I was forced to be at Devin's side, whether either of us like it or not. Obviously I find it a good thing most the time. This, is not one of those times.

Devin slammed the door to the practice space. I disappeared as not to be spotted, then ran after him. Damn it, he was going fast. How am I supposed to keep up? He stepped outside into the cold bitter air. Larsen stood out there with a smoke at the edge of his boney fingers. He and Devin seemed to catch each other's attention equally.

"Hi again." Larsen delicately greeted him.

"H-Hey. Hey." Devin stammered as he looked for his breath, "Um, can I bum a smoke?"

The other began to pull his back out as he bit the lit cigarette between his lips. "Yeah." He handed a stick over to Devin.

He at least had his own lighter, even though he had no pack. Devin fell against the building as he lit up. Larsen watched him intently. There was a sign of affection in his eyes. One that, made me want to throw him into a shark pool. I wanted Devin for my own, damn it. I know I can't have him obviously, but this is so soon after he's dumped Kylie. He was going to go for Larsen. I could fucking see it.

"Thanks." Devin told him.

"Don't mention it." He softly grinned.

"Soooo," Dev reached for a conversation, "Where is it that you're from, exactly?"

Larsen replied proudly, "Germany."

"Oh, nice. We played there once for this, uh, huge festival." He earned a gentle smile, "I remember Ricky and I walking around Berlin trying to find somewhere that had those chocolate and coconut treat things. They're Angelo's favorite and Chris was begging us to go find him some. We had to go to like six places, but I didn't care because I got to spend time with my best friend... I... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to go off like that." He blushed.

The reminiscent feeling was washing over me too. That was some of my favorite times with Devin; Just walking around random ass cities trying to find something for the guys. We oddly had a lot of fun in Walmarts at 2AM. Honestly, some of our best memories came after the shows and before hitting our bunks. Those were the golden hours. I'm never going to see those again...
