The alarm clock beeped aggressively at the girl as she slept. She let out a groan, slamming her fist onto the snooze button. "Son of a Bitch..." she growled as she rolled out of bed.
More school... Yay. You see, dear readers, This is Abigail North. She doesn't exactly fit in around here. Or anywhere, as a matter of fact. She's what people call a Nekomimi. She basically has cat ears and a tail and sometimes it doesn't work out well for a girl her age. Bullies, my friends.
Hopping out of the house she shared with no one but her puppy, Shep, she locked the door. "Bye Buddy! I'll see you in a bit!" She called to her dog who was outside in his play pen.
He barked at her happily in response and shook his paw at her. She smiled at the trick and walked to the school bus stop, her bag slung over her jacketed shoulder.
"Hey, Cat Girl. Have fun talking to your dog? What'd he say? "Have a nice day at school"?" Shark, one of her bullies shouted at her as she walked up to the bus stop.
She gave a fake laugh, feeling emotionless seeing as how she was numb to the insults now. "Ha ha. Very funny. No he said you're a dick and need to shut your fucking mouth."
Shark growled, "Don't use that smart-ass tone. I'll punch you right now, you little slut." As soon as the words left his mouth she snapped.
"I'M NOT THE ONE WHO SPENDS EVERY NIGHT WITH A NEW WHORE!" Abi hissed at him. He seemed taken aback and sneered. They got on the bus and Abi went to the back as everyone laughed at her seemingly worn out state. Except for one girl at the back. The new girl.
"Hi! I'm Nichole! But you can call me Nikki!"
And that's how it all started..
