damn the shaking

Okay ,so for a fact... anxiety disorders are extremely annoying...actually anxiety itself it super annoying.

Its awful...

You are standing in front of the class or public and you have to speak... you have to present something; or maybe you want to express your opinion upon something. It doesn't matter...once you are up there speaking, your throat dries, you start coughing, you shake you shake, shake and shake.

At first its gentle shivers....

But then it gets violent...you shiver head to toe ...you feel dizzy..you see everything blurry..you don't hear clearly... and you feel like you are crazy...you try to take deep deep breaths...it doesn't work sometimes. So you got to shout and scream your lungs out until you stop shaking...cuz that is what happens when you have anxiety disorder.--and the worst part is when there are people watching you throughout your shaking fit.

Aww nop nah...thats not it. The worst is when you are having the best time of your life...you are excited and happy...but nooopppp you have anxiety disorder. Did you really think you could be happy for so long? If so, you are wrong. You feel your heart almost breaking through your rib cage and chest. You feel like you r gonna faint. And then the shaking comes. Ughh i just hate it so much

I can't live my life how i want to... and this thing has ruined so many of my most exciting moments. The moments i was looking forward to ...
